There needs to be a sign in the store stating you can't make returns on phone accessories. I spent $40 on a case and screen protector.. didn't like the case tried to return it 2 days later after purchase and was only able to receive $10 store credit due to a "BoGo" deal.

When I told them that this should be told to customers and a sign present somewhere in the store...Francisco from the iFix on 192 said it's on the receipt. NEWS FLASH, IN ORDER FOR ME TO SEE IT ON THE RECEIPT.. I'D HAVE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE FIRST TO OBTAIN THAT INFORMATION THAT SHOULD BE TOLD BEFORE PURCHASE.

The items there are overpriced and cheap... better off going on Amazon.

These guys were great-- they had a used part already and not only charged me less than half the price of their nearest competitor, they were done in half a day as well. I highly recommend them.

I took my laptop into this on the 22nd and very pleased with everything and how they treated me took well care of my laptop fixed it in no time and were very helpful when I came back the next day no issues that they did i just had few more (Qs) and they happily helped. Atmosphere at this store is pleasant highly recommend you take to get what you need fix here

These guys are honest. About 2 years ago and as late as today, I went in this location to get a phone repair and they suggest I shop somewhere for a new phone because repairing my phone wasn't the best option.
We need more businesses like this that puts the customers interest first.

My screen is still not fixed, took my money without giving me a solution. Please take your business somewhere else.

Don't even bother going here. Replaced a screen on my iphone, screen started to lose adhesive. Brought it in and every reason under the sun to not stand by their work. Screen wasn't cracked or damaged, nor was the phone. Found reasons to not replace it or take care of it. Phone wouldn't have had issues if they would have just done it right in the first place. Strongly suggest finding another place or pray that nothing happens because they WON'T stand by their work at all . Highly unprofessional and a waste of money and time. 1 Star only because it won't let you post it without posting something.

Monday I was told we could have phone back as early as next day. Then part was special order to be delivered on Friday and not delivered. Saturday unable to be tracked so took phone, got refund of deposit with no problem and bought new phone at Metro for $30 more than quoted repair. Can't believe part can only be purchased from one place. It was only 10 months old. Guess that's technology ever changing. Staff was very friendly throughout process and multiple calls. Would have bought new phone next day had I known I wouldn't have for 6 days.

FRANCISCO helped me buy my mother a phone for her birthday ! Great quality , great service nothing but the best at I phone galaxy ! They treated me like family and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. I would totally recommend and go back to this place ! Thanks for helping me buy my mom the best present and smile !!
