Hi this is Kavilan from Arkay Leathers, Chennai. The ID Factory is good for tractability and portal is user friendly.

The supply chain platform of ID Factory that we regularly use is very intuitive and easy to use.
It is well thought because filled up with all fundamental information that helps a fluid, logic and quick correspondence in the supplier/customer B2B relationship.

The ID FACTORY website site is intuitive. Anyway we had to fix some points and we had to work in order to perfectionate our use of it. The ID Factory team supported us everytime we need them in order to let us get the best performance and reach a reliable and precise result by the information flow with our customers

the site is easy to understand. But i had some difficult to close the pending orders which we already shipped. In this case, while updating the data, we selected the option ACCOUNT instead of BALANCE. So it shows the order in pending list. Later there is no option to close the order.

We find IDF a very useful software in tracking and giving real time information to our customers.

For Materials Supplier's Delivery Date too delay, my only choice is access to "other claim" , but it start with a QR code in the first page that make us can't forward to open the claim because we have not receive any materials yet at that time.
Materials Delivery late force us sending by Air or other quicker transportation to factory to catch our shipment date and that cause extra charges.
Hope we can find a way to claim it.

Excellent Software, very much useful for both the suppliers and buyers. Mr. Enrico and Ms.Kelly the executives there are very much supportive.
