I made a deed of sale in December and after many calls at the beginning of April (4 months) they tell me that my liquidation is already there. At the end of April they tell me that there has been an error and as of today May 10 (more than 5 months) they still do not give me the documentation or the settlement.
It is only possible to communicate with customer service that serve you correctly but without providing solutions.

I met them through the ING direct agency that Indra runs. The worst management in many years that I have had. Disqualified people without training in regional laws, with terrible telephone service.
