The company description is not on file, so it isn't clear from the information available exactly what Icon Security does beyond what reviewers mention, such as event security, neighborhood patrols, and HOA security in the Orlando area.
The critical reviewers, in the two lowest-rated reviews on file, complain about unprofessional HOA patrol officers issuing parking tags during move-in, refusing to share supervisor contact information, and a guard overstepping his bounds while no one mans the designated phone number.

I have worked with Icon for over 1 year and have never had a problem. In fact this is probably not only of the best jobs I have had but one of the best companies I have worked for. The owner is down to earth, understanding and always will to help us out. I am proud to be a part of this team!
These guys patrolling my HOA are horrible. I literally just moved in and got tagged twice my move in weekend. Never received anything from HOA and security guards are denying to give me any information on their supervisor. They literally watched me for 30+ minutes while I moved my fridge in my new home and waited for me to get it inside before they decided to tag my vehicle....take in mind they were parked the wrong direction on a corner for a completely extended period of time even after they tagged me.
Icon has done all of my event security for the last 4 years. They are professional and they keep everyone under control. Thank you for the great service.
This security team is amazing! They help out in our neighborhood making sure we are all safe at night. I used to be scared to go out after dark but because of Icon Security Services i feel safe. They are always nice. Should totally hire them!
Good guys to work with, helped make our event safe and kept the parking under control. Will use for future events!
These guys are amazing, all the officers are top notch and the owner is a great guy, who would go the extra mile for you. Looking forward to doing more business with these guys. Thank you ICON
I booked them for a private party, everything was great. Very professional no issues.

This review is long overdue, Great company and great security services would recommend them to anyone in the USA looking for services.
These guys are great, we always feel safe when they are around!
We have hired Icon security for many events. The officers do a great job keeping everything in order. An absolute joy to work with them! I will be sure to book them for every event i have.
Professional Security Company with great rates. They aren't afraid to go the extra mile for their clients.
Icon Security Services patrols my neighborhood, they keep crime away and are always interacting with the families. The owner is awesome and will go the extra mile for his clients and all the officers are great. Glad to have them around.
Not professional at all. They have security guard who oversteps his bounds and tries to be a police officer. Also No one mans the designated phone which was given for me.
