Hyatt regency cincinnati

Where do I start? I will start positively, the lobby was clean, floors sparkling, fresh coffee shop, great location, Customer service was decent, social distancing ext. Valet parking was $25 but no one to help with bags? Room smelled like mold, must,and moisture, had to keep spraying Lysol the whole time. Dirty floors, had to wear socks the whole time. Dingy curtains and head boards. I m convinced that there is no cleaning being done in between guest stays. Needs serious remodeling. No real breakfast like I m used to at the Hyatt. What happened to the smoked salmon and the breakfast bar? On top of it all, one of the most expensive hotels in that area, the level of service should match the price, otherwise I could have stayed at one of the lower end hotels. Come on Hyatt, let s clean it up, the Hyatt is usually one of my go to hotels. Very disappointed.

My daughter got married three weeks ago. Our out of town guests and the wedding party stayed at the Hyatt. The rooms were well-priced, beautiful, and recently rennovated. Our wedding coordinator (Dennis) could not have been more helpful. All the gift bags were distributed with ease and no detail was missed!

Very clean and beautiful hotel with a great view of the city from our room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning on our next trip through.

Booked the room 5 months ahead of time and was assured I could get a room with a tub, I was doing several distance runs for the Flying Pig and wanted to soak between runs. The room I got did not have a tub, it also didn't have a stopper for the sink and I have to wash my contact lenses in the sink. The ice machine was also dead on my floor so I had to go on an adventure to ice my feet.

Stayed here recently for a seminar for a few days. Not a terrible stay but the outlets in the rooms don t work or are loose and stop charging midway. Many of us ended up having issues with our laptop batteries since we thought it was charging all night but it wasn t. Other than that, the room was fine and staff was nice.

Very nice suites but TV's are not able to play anything but hotel ads and pay pre play.

My wife and I decided to stay here on Friday August 13th. Valet was great, and our service wasn't bad. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes, which they did offer to get us another room. There was also a Homeschooling convention going on and there were nothing but kids everywhere. Our room was conjoined with a family with a ton of kids that were crying and screaming. We got a hotel room to get away from our children. We literally checked in and decided to go to another Hotel. We left immediately and I was told our card would be refunded. Well it was not refunded, and I have left multiple messages with the hotel management with no reply. I just want my money back...

The staff was cold at best. The lack of any and all services provided was a problem. No room service. The bartender was rude and surly. If you are looking for an enjoyable evening out I don t recommend this establishment. No food. No drinks. Just garbage. And for the price you are better off going anywhere else.

Absolutely beautiful stay... no complaints at all. Our room was very clean. And they even accommodated our early arrival, which they didn't have to do. Very friendly staff and valt was on point. We will definitely be coming back.
