Don t Use them!! They don t come ontime. They leave you on hold for extended periods.
We waited 4 hours for a pick up and they answer that they only recently got the call.. I proved them other wise..
On a positive they transported me safely to the rehab facility. The negative is they told us we had to pay before they would transport and that my insurance wouldn't cover the cost. They got our payment and submitted to our insurance which also paid them. We had to dispute through our credit card.

Do not use this company for transportation. They have nasty communication and told me they could not accommodate me without even knowing where I needed to go or when. They hung on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

We used them to transport my father. They told us we had to pay before hand, fine. We did so. But they also billed our insurance company, who also paid them. We are owed a refund, and after numerous phone calls we have yet to receive our refund. Avoid at all costs.
They Transported my mother in law from Good Samaritan Hospital to my brother in laws in Centereach on Saturday April 3rd. They were compasionate and treated my mother in law with great care. Both guys were very nice. I would use them again.
