Hunter EMS ambulance #105 and another ambulance with the license plate 13532-EV took the extra time at the Conoco Gas Station on Pine Aire to watch and laugh as someone was trying to put a uhaul trailer on their truck in the rain after the trailer had been struck by a fuel truck backing out and pinned it against the curb and fence making it hard to move. No assistance was offered, they just sat in their trucks and watched.

The worst possible service, Don t Use them!! They don t come ontime. They leave you on hold for extended periods. We waited 4 hours for a pick up and they answer that they only recently got the call.. I proved them other wise..
On a positive they transported me safely to the rehab facility. The negative is they told us we had to pay before they would transport and that my insurance wouldn't cover the cost. They got our payment and submitted to our insurance which also paid them. We had to dispute through our credit card.
Truly went above and beyond our expectations tonight! The staff was amazing! Thank you so much for everything!
Do not use this company for transportation. They have nasty communication and told me they could not accommodate me without even knowing where I needed to go or when. They hung on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
I got a telemarketer call from their caller ID. The typical Asia Indian sounding type who try to steal your credit number pretending to lower your interest rate. When I called the caller ID back this Hunter ems place hung up immediately. When I called back - thinking we got disconnected- and told the lady who answered,I got a telemarketer call from your number she hung up on me immediately. Kinda odd behavior in general for a business to act like that. Someone calls u and tells u what's going on and bang they hang up. I have no business with this Hunter EMS. But after looking them up and seeing these poor reviews i figured I'd add this experience as a heads up to anyone planning on using them.
I have worked there also. The owner will tell you things like I will give you a raise in certain amount of time then say I never said that . The shop Is a mess and he s a ripoff artist
We used them to transport my father. They told us we had to pay before hand, fine. We did so. But they also billed our insurance company, who also paid them. We are owed a refund, and after numerous phone calls we have yet to receive our refund. Avoid at all costs.
They Transported my mother in law from Good Samaritan Hospital to my brother in laws in Centereach on Saturday April 3rd. They were compasionate and treated my mother in law with great care. Both guys were very nice. I would use them again.
