Great organization. In June 2.5 weeks with husband and dog to 2 parks of Human in the Tuscany. Very nice staff. Plenty of activities. Music every night for adults and children. Several restaurants and ice cream parlors with super yummy ice. Enough outlet options. The two mobile homes (Eden) human were very clean and well equipped. Thanks for a very nice holiday.

Stupidly EXPENSIVE!!!, Not at all "camping in town" actually 6.5km from "town" navetta ends so early (7:15 from Firenze back to the campsite) that it's not worth staying in town for dinner, the food shop on site is supposed to close at 8pm More

Comfortable and very clean rooms, staff could not be more helpful, pool was great for cooling off and the restaurant serves up a varied and delicious menu ( all three meals). A most pleasant experience all around, would highly recommend.

I never thought that this great company was so badly organized this year! My family has been attending albatross for 9 years !! Pandemic aside .... even if I think they could do better, x the huge spaces available, I felt a huge regret! I hope that the director will be replaced as he has created problems rather than solving them! I say this with regret but he is not the right person in the right place.
