Worst customer service in Germany!
I had ordered a country kitchen gift subscription for Christmas that simply never came to the recipient. Very uncomfortable for me.
Customer service was practically non-existent, that was only clarified 3 months (!!!) after my first request.

Totally dubious. Takes thousands of Payback customers hostage and locks their accounts after they realize that their subscription offer was too good. But takes the subscription fees despite their cancellation of the subscription. Never again!
