Giovanna was awesome. I had spoke to 2 other agents and the call s dropped but the 3rd try I got her and she took care of everything I needed to make may stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Giovanna. You are fabulous!!!!!!

I booked a room for a wedding through hotelplanner on theknot website. They cancelled my room on me stating there were no rooms available just days before the event. They then rebooked a room on the wrong date. I cancelled that one and asked them to refund my money. It has been nearly 6 months now and they still have not refunded me. I call 2-3 a month and get the same answer, "no supervisor available, they'll call you, I've escalated your case, your refund will come in 10-14 days." Like I said, it's been nearly six months and I still have not seen a voucher that they claim they've emailed, nor the refund to my credit card that I have requested every month. Such an awful place to work with.

My booking was handled very professionally and accurately by the travel agent who was very nice and informative. All my concerns were addressed. Customer service was A+ I would highly recommend the hotel planner business! I will surely use their services again for trips.

Andrea was very helpful and professional. She was able to confirm details of hotel's pet policy (we are traveling with 70 lb. yellow lab, and we need clarity before arriving). She ably assisted with booking and confirmation.

Lindsey did a great job helping me out finding a room Scranton PA that was reasonable. My credit card is a spark business card and my boss just moved so his address had changed and it was not taking it at first. I called my boss to get his new address and Lindsay did as she had promised and called me back 5 minutes later to get the new information. She went out of her way to help me get a room for the evening not many people would do or go the extra mile the way she did. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend their service to anyone. Kudos to Lindsay and thanks for all your help. Thanks again Gary.

Miss Sarah was absolutely the most patient and helpful person that I have ever booked with. Her perseverance was my benefit as she found the room that my wife e and I wanted. I will definitely be looking for a future room through the Hilton family of hotels. Great experience.

Amy was very pleasant and helpful . She was professional with me even though I was not. I appreciate the time and patience she spent with me. I tend to Goff around she tolerate me with grace. I think she is an awesome person glad to give her 5 stars and 5 smiles

Amhara was the best thing that happened to me all day. Her professionalism and support in finding a hotel for my boyfriend, who is trying to isolate with covid. She was sympathetic and compassionate towards my stress. She was seriously a breath of fresh air. She found a room at a great rate and confirmed the entire time needed. She needs a raise!!
