Nice, modern and clean hotel, if you're a tourist the location is perfect right next to the cathedral and close to all the shopping. The breakfast selection is small but actually one of the best I've had so far and I do a lot of traveling in my work. If you like the song Hallelujah - hallelujah, there's a karaoke bar or something nearby so you'll hear it at least 5-6 times a day from your room. For the hint immune, the rooms aren't too well audio isolated so I guess it's my one and only complaint as I stay here for business and enjoy peace and quiet after a long day. That said, I like this hotel and would be happy to return as a tourist.
Oddly designed room. Very spartan in color and design. One wall of our room was deconstructed. With an infinished look that looked pretty crappie for a hotel room.
If you need a little rest, this is absolutely wrong! Bad street musicians are heard until late in the evening. Would not book the hotel again or recommend it!
Best high end hipster bar in Milan, I love turn in here. The outside seating bench is one of the most comfortable spots for intimate discussions and drinks.
Good hotel with great location in the center of Milano... food might be better during the breakfast , but coffee is really good!.. Also a lot of rooms doesn t have a view and faces other buildings, which are really close. I was in the room 412 and I had no view at all , even my window was covered by semi-transparent window sticker .. I would suggest to ask change the room if you have to stay there longer than one day..
I just tried the pub, not the hotel. Good cocktails, nice staff, buffet food at happy hours is ok. However, almost every friday/saturday evening you have to drink and eat while standing up: a bit more chairs and seats would be appreciated
The decoration and style is outdated and very old including the rooms and facilities. Service was terrible too. Our safe wasn t working and they couldn t fix it until the next day and we requested Iron they didn t have it claiming that they have high number of customers.
The breakfast was below below avarage or simply, bad.
They also told me that the portable Wi-Fi is free included as long as you use 2 devices max but later on, when checking out they asked for 5 euros.
I don t know how even Starwood hotels accepted to put their name with such a hotel. It clearly doesn t represent their standards and destroys the brand reputation.
The only good thing about the hotel is its location as it s right in the center amazing location. Most of Milan attractions are within 5 mins walk distance.
Beautiful hotel with a fabulous location. It is literally next to the Duomo. Walk out the front door and you are only a 1-10 minute walk away from the most popular attractions in Milan.

Only 4 stars because, just like a work of art, everything in the hotel looks amazing, but is impractical. All of the doors are "Norman Doors" ( looks like you should pull, but instead you need to push or vice versa), the electric outlets are hard to find, the faucet is hard to use and the trash is small and hidden. Once you learn where everything is and how it works, it's fine. Its a little frustrating at first though.
Avoid, nice staff but for 200 euros we had a room without sheets and dirty because not prepared. No towels in the bathroom, plastic bundle on the bed with sheets and pillow cases in it, bedroom telephone not working. One hour lost after the fatigue of the trip to have another freezing room with air conditioning. Very dark decor because rooms painted in black and bathroom black ... You have to like ... 20 euros discount or 180 euros for a horrible night.
This hotel was so terrible, I have never had this in my life. When I check out they charged 700 more And they said 24hours will be returned. It was lie. And i called Expedia and they said it take 7 days. How could you do that And this hotel air was so bad. It was noisy at night and from 6 am in began to noisy again! is the lowest, the place is , his all below! This hotel is too bad. When I checked out, I charged me 700 euros more. I thought I didn t know. After they confirmed, they didn t even apologize. They also said that the money will be refunded to the card within 24 hours, which is almost a week. No, then call the reservation company and say it will take 7 days, so you can let me wait. It's a big liar, knock it down, you are not so poor and want to cheat customers' money? I have never encountered this in Milan every year! You can reflect on it!
This is a very nice hotel, very clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and helpful. There is a Syrian staff member in the reception very helpful and explained everything we need from the rooms and even the arrival of the car to the hotel door made our stay comfortable. The hotel prices are very reasonable depending on its location
Location is amazing! Design is nice, but not very functional. For example, the shower floor is slanted so that it doesn't drain. So if you shower in the evening, the next morning the floor will still be 4 cm deep in cold water from the night before. Once you get over the impracticality of some of the design decisions though it is a nice and convenient hotel. I'd still come back.

Close to the Duomo and convenient. It was better than expected in the Marriott group (formerly SPG). The breakfast room is small, so it is better to have some spare time.
This hotel is over-designed to within an inch of its life. The toilet roll in the bathroom is so discreetly integrated into the fittings that finding it becomes like an episode of the Kyrpton Factor gone wrong. There is also a passive-aggressive list in each room informing you that the bathrobes (none of which were present) are actually for sale, for a mere 150 euros a pop, and if they find one missing after you've left, they'll assume you wanted to purchase such a coveted item and will debit your credit card. Meanwhile, the hoodie-wearing staff are too cool for school and the wrong side of laid back. The hotel's one saving grace is the location - in a side street next to the Duomo. But if location is what you are looking for, try The Gray, just opposite.
Small lounge bar but with international clientele and sophisticated ambience. Cocktail classic aperitif and good prices in the middle of Milan. They do not have the Zucca liqueur (in case you asked for an alternative spritz)

It was extraordinary. With a postmodern architectural design, the service is very good, as well as the quiet atmosphere and the location, near the Duomo. But I had an extraordinary experience putting the integrity of the staff "to the test." I forgot in the safe the cash I had to continue my trip to Rome. After contacting me to get it back, Straf Hotel staff came to the hotel that I occupied in Rome to reach me, in a gesture that I would like to highlight very specially.
A ridiculous and almost inaccessible aperitif thanks to the usual idiots that block every access point, very little space in general, deafening music, impossible to sit, expensive and not at all good cocktails. The only beautiful thing is the cathedral view.
Modern, great location, nice breakfast included in the morning. Rooms were very modern, some with a massage chair. Noise from the street wasn't great but died down after 11.
It's time to make a stand! Surely we live in an age now where a decent hairdryer shouldn't be hard to come by? A 4 star hotel shouldn't be providing their guests with a "Barbie doll" hairdryer that has 2 speeds!
In addition to the hotel there is also a bar / bistro and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen is good. The menu is not very large but there are always a couple of salads, two or three starters and two or three seconds, in addition to the "typical" local dishes which are big salad and a hamburger. For the position in which it is located (30 meters from Piazza Duomo), the quality of the service and the kitchen is correct (max 20 euros for a dish, water and coffee).
Interior is cool and bold, industrially minimalist but a bit cold. Turning on light I saw some dust near bed. There were works going on since 7am so noisy... Breakfast regular. Amazing location next to duomo and Rinascente.
Design hotel right in the city centre. Not according my taste as the room was too black for me, but haven't found any issue. Be aware there is a bar downstairs so it might be a little bit noisy.

Excellent hotel. The location, 500 meters from Piazza del Duomo, is exceptional !! The attention of the staff, very good, especially Lorenza. Good breakfast, they take great care to attend and control the replenishment. Next door there is a pub, always full of especially young people, but there is no noise from the hotel. Horrible experience. The rooms are ultra modern which means rally no furniture. No chairs, no desk, nothing comfortable. When asked about this the front desk said to sit on the bed. Incredible location just steps from the duomo. Comfortable trendy bar associated with the hotel next door. Service very helpful in arranging transportation and helping us with lost airline luggage. Included breakfast buffet style with nice tea and coffee options and great pastries. Also had a few hot items. Very modern concrete design in rooms and fascinating bathroom style. Very eco friendly so soaps and bath amenity are in bulk and refilled which I'm a big fan of environmentally. Recommend! DONT drive here, hard to find and no parking nearby so just taxi or train.

I had a great happy hour at this place. Great food and nice music and staff. Small but cosy location in Duomo. Happy to have discovered this place. I only tried the bar and the happy hour with unlimited buffet, but this place is also a hotel. There are two entrances, one for the hotel and one for the bar.
