Lovely atmosphere, nice fish tank in the hall, looks good. (Been only for an event so haven't seen it through just one meeting room at the entrance).

Beautiful, clean and close to the center, but still a bit expensive. Decent breakfast. Respectful staff.

Because the services are not up to the stars, and the staff is incompetent and uninterested ...
I do not recommend the services of this hotel, its better said boarding house (I think so) compared to services

My wife and I stayed overnight July 7, 2013, superior twin room. Quiet, two free computer desktops available off lobby. Great breakfast inclusive. We had visited during independent guided tour of Transylvania following completion of Viking Eastern Europe Danube River Cruise from Budapest to Bucharest. Brasov is beautiful. City square is lined with shops and great eating. Really, really nice people.

A hotel much overrated for what it has to offer. From the parking lot which is much too small and where you live to the generosity of the one who guards it, maybe you can find a place for yourself and to the rooms that have outdated furniture, everything puts a big question mark on how to get stars in Romanian tourism. . The only thing I liked about this hotel was the terrace of the room, which although it had a desolate view was very large.

It's nice staying here, very friendly personnel, all facilities are in place. Wanted to put 2 for quality because of that strange columns in the center of my room. But well, I put 3 for that mirrow on the ceiling:)

Stayed here for one night. We walked in without reservations and were able to get a room. Nice breakfast. They even stored our luggage after we checked out. If I'm in town again, I'll probably stay here. Recommended.

Very nice business room with quality new furniture, comfortable bed, jacuzzi fff welcome after walks, mini balcony, warm f in the room, coffee and tea with electric cup, parking a bit small but the gentleman there always found us a place, breakfast tasty not very varied but consistent, I appreciated the fresh fruit, personally friendly. I'm getting holiday tickets. Close to the center..about 7 minutes of easy walking. We will gladly return.

This was the second time I was on a business trip at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable both times. The friendly staff were pleasantly noticed. The breakfast could offer a little more choice for my taste but is okay. Even small things like broken lamps or a too loud refrigerator were quickly fixed by myself by pulling the plug or turning the lamp out. All in all a good hotel with a very good restaurant

Very pleased ! I stayed in one of the 3 star rooms but I felt like one of 5. Modern facilities, friendly staff, strategic location close to the points of interest of the city. Rich and tasty breakfast. The restaurant menu is also very good. Congratulations ! I will definitely be back next year.

First of all, the people in the parking lot are there to make beads. Secondly, the food reminds me of the restaurants of yesteryear (Ceausescu style). I mention that I didn't test the accommodation, but at the cost of the parking, I don't even think I'll ever test it ...

Friendly staff, crisp location, beautiful, good food.

Ambient will recommend to everyone as a very well located in town, fresh air from the mountains and I had sleep very well. They have to improve with jacuzi, more flexible and breakfast may need to add few more type of food but the rest it's perfect. Hope they will improve.

A hotel too expensive to offer. I stayed at 4 stars, the business room and every night I had to endure the awful haunting of the elevator. Apart from being a spacious room, nothing recommends it as a business room maybe just a fax and an extra desk. The rest of the armchairs with red handles, the carpet clogged, a bathroom door left so that you had to struggle to close it or open it. Parking is a plus. Breakfast is served in a crowded space on the ground floor, cheap espresso coffee, roasted juice, dry sweets in the form of chocolate chip cookies and chocolate croissants. I didn't dare try them. Compared to a 3 star hotel like Motel One Amsterdam where I paid 100eur / room this year and a fabulous breakfast, this hotel seems like a bad joke.

Let's start with the negative things:
- we were asked for 30% more payment than as established on the booking. Later the situation was fixed but the wife was ready to pay the amount she asked, not knowing the true price on mybooking.
- I paid half holiday vouchers, half cash. For vouchers we were issued a tax receipt, for cash we had to ask the receptionist to give me a receipt.
After a few days, at check out we were told that we had paid half with vouchers and that we still had to pay half with cash. Cautiously I kept the receipt for cash snatched with weight from the receptionist on the first day and I showed it. They fell silent and apologized. I don't know if it was intentional or wrong. I wonder what I would do if I didn't sit on the employee's head to give me a tax receipt.
Parking. The uncle guard wanted to crowd me with one more on one available parking space. That works if you work hard. Many were paid for by those in need and those who were accommodated no longer had free places.
Positive things:
Very good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant staff very ok and cooperative.
Clean, equipped room, impeccable cleanliness every day.
Equipped elevator.

As a tip: ask for a voucher for anything you pay and pay attention to the amounts required.

The ktichen staff was friendly, the reception staff was not.
Locatio is fine.
The 4-star rating is not true, more like 2-stars for facilities and overall experience.
