- we were asked for 30% more payment than as established on the booking. Later the situation was fixed but the wife was ready to pay the amount she asked, not knowing the true price on mybooking.
- I paid half holiday vouchers, half cash. For vouchers we were issued a tax receipt, for cash we had to ask the receptionist to give me a receipt.
After a few days, at check out we were told that we had paid half with vouchers and that we still had to pay half with cash. Cautiously I kept the receipt for cash snatched with weight from the receptionist on the first day and I showed it. They fell silent and apologized. I don't know if it was intentional or wrong. I wonder what I would do if I didn't sit on the employee's head to give me a tax receipt.
Parking. The uncle guard wanted to crowd me with one more on one available parking space. That works if you work hard. Many were paid for by those in need and those who were accommodated no longer had free places.
Positive things:
Very good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant staff very ok and cooperative.
Clean, equipped room, impeccable cleanliness every day.
Equipped elevator.

As a tip: ask for a voucher for anything you pay and pay attention to the amounts required.
