I used to work for Hoopaugh grading awhile back I liked working there but was fired so I tried getting hired back there because of employees that worked there got fired and rehired but I was told that I can't come back there I didn't even get a reason why so something not right here so who do I need to talk to about this situation
Great company to work for. Just as long as you come to work on time and do what's asked of you. Top of the line cat equipment. Some of the job sites managers need to learn what respect n fairness is when dealing with good employees. Because bad leaders can n will drive good employees away.
I had a great experience with Mike and other employees at HGC. Mike was professional, patient and accomadating. While he was busy on a grading project he still took the time to help me by facilitating the removal and delivery of a boulder to a local school. Hoopaugh is the best! I look forward to working with him on a residential grading project in the near future.

This contractor shut off water to multiple housing developments without any notice whatsoever on 12/15/2020 and the water remained off for 13 hours. The water department had no idea what was going on and had to send a robocall to those affected after receiving multiple complaints. Water was supposed to come back at 4pm but did not come back until 10pm. We are in a pandemic, we are working from home, we can not just drive over to a friends out in this covid world and use their toilet, washer machines, dishwashers, showers... Please do not do this again, have some consideration to others that will be affected and notify people in advance so they can prepare. Thank you.
