Aaron Harris is an excellent communicator. He is always available by phone or e-mail. I have worked with him on several projects to help new homeowners in the Waterford Green community get what they need. Aaron is kind, smart and thoughtful. It's always a pleasure to work with him at Homeside Properties.
Great time working with the team and the front desk team. They were very professional and addressed our concerns in an expedient manner.
We just fired Homeside as our management company and it was a no-brainer decision. They had just assigned us our 6th different community manager in the past 2+ years.. each manager is as incompetent as the last. We dealt with Karen-Michelle for the last 6 months.. we spent months following up with her to try to get things taken care of, and nothing ever got done. The communication was terrible, they didn't do their job, and it didn't make a difference that we warned them they were on thin ice with us.
Looking forward to working with a new management company in 2022 that is professional and actually does their job. It'll make our lives as board members much easier. It shouldn't be our job to constantly check in on the management company to see why nothing is getting done. From what I've heard it sounds like Homeside used to have their act together 5 years ago, but they've fallen off a cliff in recent years. Too much turnover with their staff, no one cares, and they seem to have a terrible culture at Homeside now. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of better options out there.
Worked with Aaron Harris with Homeside Properties and was able to resolve an issue with our pool access key relatively painless and quickly. Aaron responded quickly, had the issue resolved by the end of the day and when we went to test out the card worked well. Was a Good experience and very much appreciate the help and Support. Well deserved rating for customer service and hope that others can get the same service and respect that I received. Thank you so much.

Aaron is consistently professional, courteous, communicative, personable and responsive. He impressed us during our first interaction as we responded to Homeside's request for updated homeowner info. Aaron took the time to acknowledge receipt of our information with a more personable confirmation email instead of a generic one. Just this week, Aaron responded promptly to an issue with our amenities access card. He kept us informed along the way while working to provide a quick resolution. Thank you Aaron, we appreciate you!
I completely agree with the review written by Doug Smith. As a board member of a different community, our experience has been identical to his.
Our community has witnessed the absolute worst service, weeks of no response, multiple incompetent and unprofessional property managers, and an utter lack of empathy towards homeowners' requests for urgent repairs.
If your HOA is looking for a professional property management company, based on our experience I would highly recommend exploring other options.
I have just moved to a community that is managed by Homeside Properties. I tried to registered an account from the website, waited couple days but did not receive any feedbacks. Then I called the main office phone several times, but it only directs me to the voicemail box. I received 0 callback although I left my information in the voicemail.
I wanted to say what an great asset Nicky Chance has been with helping my family get a matter resolved that had taken many months. Nicky was very receptive to the situation and kept us informed as we moved forward. In a couple of weeks the matter had been resolved, she truly embodies customer service/care and I cannot praise her enough. Thank you so very much for your help!
