PRRTP STAFF AND LEADERSHIP IS PATHETIC. THEY CO-ORSED ME INTO SIGHNING A 201 OVER CBD GUMMY BEARS THAT WERE BEING USED TO TREAT A SERVICE CONNECTED DISABILITY. IVE SEEN MORE INTELLECTUAL BEINGS IN OUTER SPACE.

I went for a field trip and was treated very badly. I am only 14 and the head of volunteering was extremely rude. I m very hurt and disappointed by the way I was treated today.

In Dec of 2002, I was taken to H.J. HEINZ facility. Was there for 2 years! I have been in several hospitals before, never have I been treated so well. Great staff, Great Doctors, although I had to go to University Drive to see most doctors then. Great atmosphere, bingo the trips, And most was the Excellent people in Activities! Fantastic people, helped me tremendously!

Big help to Vet's. Be careful their and don't drink the water.

I've Stayed only at the Oakland care mental health & it was a good stay great staff. I'm getting my top denture made here so far they've been great & helpful! Will do a further review after my denture process is complete!

A hospice patient is on a high level of oxygen and was experiencing a clog in his left nostril. On March 6, 2017, the call bell was rung at 8:45 AM, at 9:00 AM no one responded so his guest went to the nursing station to explain the issue. At 9:15 AM still no staff responded and again his guest asked the nursing station to please get some help. Help only came at 9:30 AM. This is unacceptable for anyone to wait 45 minutes after ringing the call bell.

They are on their toes doing the absolute best they can with all of these restrictions. Fabulous job by all. Thank You for Your positive attitude always.

Never had better care from the Doctors and the staff very good

This place is horriable..no honor or respect or dignity...rooms are filthy..no one ever around for help...Please honor our veterans and respect them more they just let you lay there 24/7..not helping at all....pisses me off

This is the best VA Hospital we had ever been to. Albert was very helpful and explained everything very clearly to my husband and I.

Even though I travel 2.5 hours to see the dentist. It is still a pleasure. Customer Service is great & they have a great aafees on site...

Same as any place ...some people are incompetent...others extremely...good luck

The VA Aspinwal Domicilory saved my life! I was homeless and the took me and gave me a job working there .. I saved every penny and after 5 months, In was able to find a job and resume my life at 60.. I met cancer patients staying there and they said if it wasn't for this place, they would have to travel back and forth, some over 100 miles each day for treatments.. You are always going to have your naysayers but these people work hard to make your life better! They treat the veterans exceptionally! I eventually got a job in Housekeeping on a mental ward at the Pittsburgh VA and stayed 3 years.. The individual and group care there is offered! It's up to each individual person to decide if they want it or not! You can continue to live is a lost life or you can live a life that God meant us to live and be happy!

It may look nice, but the care that our vets receive who have to live there is a shame. Nursing staff is lazy, and unconcern with patient care, food is a disgrace. Inspectors should come on the weekend a see the lack of staff and care to our vets. Sad, very sad!
