I have contacted this company multiple times now through phones, emails and mails that I have never done business with this company and still somehow you have my personal information! And you keep sending statements for last year or so! What kind of scam is this?
Very good prices. Most items come the next day. Always great Customer Service. Take care of any issues immediately.
Ordered 2- printers that were supposed to be 2- day Prime shipping. After I ordered them they tell me its 14- 16 days to receive the order. I tried canceling the order and they tell me they cannot cancel. I ordered the printers six hours earlier . They tell me I have receive the product and pay shipping back. Amazon has not even shipped the product yet. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Our company began ordering from HiTouch a year ago, and what a wonderful difference it has made! They have a thorough selection online and prices are competitive. That was a big concern for us, and we have been pleasantly surprised. Customer service is easily accessible by phone and quick to address any concerns. I called yesterday with a question about an invoice and immediately reached a pleasant representative without having to hold. Deliveries have arrived quickly and accurately. In the rare case that something is on back order, I'm shown in advance when it will be shipped and I'm given the option to wait or select a comparable item. I also save a lot of time not having to search online for various products or run out to brick and mortar stores. I find that HiTouch covers pretty much ALL of our office needs from copy paper to coffee pods and hand sanitizer to filing systems. HiTouch is a smoothly run and efficient choice for any business. I will definitely keep using this company and highly recommend it.
This company purchased our local office supply company, and since then, most of the items are not available/out of stock. Meanwhile our local Walmart carries these items in plenty. Why bother with them at this point?
Ordered toilet paper from this company through Amazon. The company emailed me and asked for another mailing address within 24 hours or the order would be canceled. I replied with my street address about one hour later. The next day, order was canceled because I did not respond. Disputed this through Amazon and even included the follow up email response I d. The company s response was Oh, well I guess they didn t see it . They refused to reinstate my order and I have no TP!
Great company very responsive to my needs. They went well over and above my expectations to help me. All deliveries came the next day.

The HiTouch website is very easy to use and they have a wide product selection with competitive pricing. The orders that I've placed arrived promptly and were accurately filled. I will continue to use HiTouch for all our office products.
