The recruiter reached out and after asking a few questions, drop the call and called immediately after. They asked for my EAD card scan and when I said no, they asked for my last 4 ssn digits! They are scam!
Ridiculous firm! The recruiters put stigma on candidates if they have not found a full-time opportunity in 4 months. I don't know what they do but it is not hiring. If they did hiring they would know that it takes from 6 months to a year to find a good full-time position nowadays. I did not find myself in garbage, and I am also picky. Their ability to miss talents is striking and the opposite of the firms' name. The Google and Facebook are interested in my skills but HireTalent is not. Yet, they managed to contact me to imply that my resume is no good for their firm. What is going with those people? Don't they a job to do?
They are the ABSOLUTE WORST! I worked over 46 hours and have yet to get paid for those hours. I was told by Lauryn, Sagar, & Shirin (Hire Talent employees) that I would receive my check in my account over 2 weeks ago and it has yet to happen. Nobody answers the phone, majority of them are disconnected. I wouldn t recommend this agency to anyone.
Do not believe the reviews posted here. HireTalent is a great agency to work for. I have been with the company for 20+ months and can only say good things about them. They care about their consultants and help as much as they can to accommodate their needs. I have direct contact to the CEO and all the engagement managers, in which made my stay a pleasant one. Elektra, Matt, and Ashish thank you for all that you do. Anyone searching for opportunities, I highly recommend utilizing their services.
It felt very odd working with the company. It was very hard to instill personal information with the reps. I would be called by a person with such a thick accent that there were times that I could barely understand the question or statement being said to me. When trying to find a job in today's market it is very unreassuring when it feels like the help being provided is coming from an outsourced company. It seemed like the representative that was speaking with me would either place me on hold as soon as the call started or something would either cause him to state that he needed to call me back almost a minute into the call. When asked if I was able to speak with the representative it seemed that you almost needed to set a side an hour of the day to either receive the call, be placed on hold, or to receive over 4 calls in a matter of that hour. Needless to say I will hopefully not have to use this staffing agency in the future and will advise family and friends to use a different agency if given the choice.
One of their recruiters reached out to me recently. I requested further information regarding a potential opportunity, and the response could not have been less professional. It was a 3-word response and did not address my multiple questions. Hard pass!
