Hilton Sofia

Bringing the egg to the table with breakfast is a really good idea, you didn't have to queue up on the eggplant. Skilled staff at every job. Well positioned, though not in the center. Public transport nearby. Responded to the expected level.

Spacious rooms, very clean hotel with an amazing breakfast.

An amazing place to relax.Welcome to world-class responsive staff and food ..... mmmmmm

Very good place for Sunday brunch.- from 30 euros per adult. Free children.

Ideal for seminars. The meals, however, remain to be improved.

Very good service, spacious, large elevators. There is a conference room.

Service and bad restaurant on the evening of May 5, for a risotto, we waited an hour and a half

Nice, cozy, but there are some details that need to be tapped.

+friendly staff, +nice atmosphere, +clean rooms, -small range of specials

Top nice hotel
Sofia

Great place 2 stay very relaxed atmosphere
Walking distance to nearby attractions and shops nightlife
Huge selection of food + made to order omelette and eggs
Attentive friendly staff but in the background when needed

Clean, comfortable, staff are very welcomung and friendly

A preferred hotel when staying in Sofia. I had great experience staying here last year and would pick this hotel again. I can't believe I used their swimming pool in the middle of October! Sauna was great.

If you stay on the executive floor you have access to free food and drinks until 11pm.
In the bar they serve a very good old fashioned. The food nothing special.

Good Hotel. Good place to stay, eat and explore neighburhood

Another Hilton Property.... Another disappointing debacle! I stay at many hotels for my job, and at Hilton I'm a Diamond member. For this hotel, I purchased 2 rooms under my status, which includes free breakfast for my guest and I. My guest More

Update : changed from one to 3 stars as you responded to my complaint. However the point was that I was offered cold snacks instead of regular menu. And I'm sorry there is no offer for vegetarians belive me. Please check what vegetarian food is about and what complimentary meal should contain. Rice and salad that's not all.

L

Could not ask for anything more. From the booking to check they spoilt us both. Even a cake for our anniversary. Thank you all :)

Typical 5-star hotel in Sofia. Very close to the main center. Food is decent.

Good location, helpful staff in particular the bar and restaurant.

Lovely place to stay. Get a room facing towards mountains during snowy season. You will enjoy the scenaries

The reception treatment is not suitable for a 5 star hotel

Nice clean rooms, good location near a public plaza

The hotel built very recently is very modern, the cleanliness of the place is impeccable, the rooms are comfortable, the staff either at the reception, restaurant, bar or spa, is very professional and rather friendly. do not forget the maids who are almost invisible and who do clean work.

Great Hotel, I had an issue with my room, but I got Quick help and good service.

Everything at superlative: cleanliness in the bathroom and room, staff, hotel location.

Great hotel and location. The only problem - the price for airport shuttle is extramely high!

Fantastic place! Extremely polite and helpful service, great location right in the heart of the city. Tried their Sunday brunch and was fascinated with the quality of the food and not to mention the abundance of food options to choose from. The overall experience completely justifies the price!

Everything top! ... location, facilities, extremely friendly and competent staff.
Festivities are organized and aligned at its finest!

Great hotel and very good location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very professional staff. Great service.

Excellent Hotel with very friendly staff; especially Mr. Peter, Concierge outstanding performance. Metro line very close to hotel and perfect way even to go from or to Airport. Even hairdresser and shops within the hotel.

Its need to be paint in some places. The service is not as before.the service is law.

Excellent service !!! Perfect service and professional staff.

Very nice hotel where there is nothing to complain about. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and good room service.

Good and beautiful hotel but provides no complementary water. First time in my 6 Eastern Europe country swing (Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria) that I found no complementary water in the room. Instead they put a 1L water at 4 EUR. Yikes...

Very upscale hotel with excellent service and good food

Very clean rooms, nice food and lovely and helpful staff.

Room was really good for the price and the staff were very helpful.

Although the hotel is an international hotel, there was no toilet tap in its toilets. Like all drinks in the refrigerator, water was charged. at least water could have been free. There were no slippers in the rooms. I guess I'd be walking in the room with shoes if I didn't take my slipper. I also think that the reception should have been able to address every language. Not every passenger has to speak Bulgarian or English.

Great place to stay and breakfast. Sofia is a very interesting city!

What a wonderful hotel! The check-in was pleasant with Maria. Then they had surprised my father with a birthday treat and card waiting in his room. I enjoyed the executive lounge. My room was very comfortable, spacious - and I loved the huge bathroom. I definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Sofia. Great staff!

I wish more Hilton properties were like this one. The entire staff was highly attentive and professional. The rooms were fresh and comfortable. The bed was incredible, wish I could have taken the mattress with me. Breakfast was an amazing spread with eggs to order and fresh bread. The lounge was well stocked with exceptional staff. We met Alexander in the lounge, when he found out it was our first time in Sofia he went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed for a good time.

A shot from Hilton Sofia's lobby with the illuminated building of the National Palace of Culture as background.

Average business lounge in minus and huge apartments in plus

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me the days of my stay at the Hilton Sofia.

I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me by front desk staff, Marya. During my recent trip I was fortunate enough to stay at your Hilton Sofia. I have stayed at many Hilton properties across the world and have found most of them pretty good and the staff generally friendly. Marya had by far out paced every one of them.

Thank you again for contributing to my stay.

I've been staying 5 days, all the services and the room was good quality.

We had a wedding and the food, the people and the place was phantastic!

Has been a great stay, lovely cocktails at the bar as well
