I used to enjoy smite. Playing by yourself only leads you to be paired with groups who tend to be toxic and will report you if you don't play their way.

Not only does this ruin the gameplay experience, as they will harass you the entire game, but it also leads you getting banned from their mass reports.

Sure you can report them all once, but it won't get them banned as quick as when their group reports you, for no reason, as leads to you getting banned.

It is evident that Hi-Rez needs to fire their support staff and start over. I would actually be embarrassed to tell someone I working for Hi-Rez support..

their games are great Rogue company is my favorite game from them. Keep up the good work. maybe just fix your customer service... cuz I read some reviews

Was playing smite. I was afk for 30 seconds and got banned for a half hour. Dont deserve that because I had to blow my nose smh. At least start with 5 min. Ready to delete

I know they copy popular games but valorant is also a copy of csgo so no tention they made copy of popular games but overall smite rouge company and paladins are good and paldins is better then overwacth

No way to contact support staff to resolve issues. You get banned for when the server drops you from a game and wont let you load back in. They take days respond to support tickets despite multiple emails and when they do they basically tell you to "uninstall and reinstall the game". They are concerned with making skins rather than fixing their servers. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Hello Hi-Rez, first of all I want to say thank you for the best battle royale game! I am going to write a recession now and I hope you read it through!

I've been playing Realm Royale for 4 years now and just want to say thank you for this game!

Now let's get to my concern.

I think the Battle Royale game is really great and, as I said, I've been playing it for 4 years. The skins, the weapons, the "dances" are very good! I think Realm Royale has so much potential to achieve a lot. The only issues are the lags but look, you have 1 problem in the game and that is the lags ... if you fix this, you know how many people are going to be playing Realm Royale? I would never let my game down because of a problem! Imagine that the issues were fixed and an incredible number of people would play it! You started such a great game and now it's all over? I probably won't do anything with my recession, but I hope you at least read it through! Check out the positive things: Lots of players, despite the lags played the game and they used to have a Battle Pass and a Battle Royale with ABILITIES you can't find anywhere else! The best battle royale ever in my opinion and I'm not the only one to believe that, trust me. Please, if you just fix this one issue, you will become so many new players I could swear by it !!! I will never lose hope of this battle royale, but you should slowly start thinking about the game! I really admire what you have achieved with this game! So many people knew this game but no many people play it today. And why not? The only reason is the delays. You don't need a battle pass, you don't need skins, you don't need an avatar, etc., but what you need is a game with no lags and motivationed employee, the other issues can be fixed later.

Don't just look at the negative things, look at the positive ones too! There are so many positives, far more than the negatives!

So let's reconsider how many people actually want to play the game but are no longer in the mood due to the lags. I hope I was able to motivate Hi-Rez.

They have not so good rewview that just make me think if I should work there but I don t know.

I cant take it anymore first u abandoned realm ROYALE and now all the videos game u make are very laggy and of course ur not gonna fix it cause ur to scared to look at the bad reviews and take peoples ideas it s getting on my nerve how the games are very laggy. And I mean like realm ROYALE, paladins, smite, and all the other games u made.

Thanks for creating a game that kicks everyone off the servers! Smite is so fun when I get 720 hour deserter penalties for your terrible servers.
