I used to enjoy smite. Playing by yourself only leads you to be paired with groups who tend to be toxic and will report you if you don't play their way.

Not only does this ruin the gameplay experience, as they will harass you the entire game, but it also leads you getting banned from their mass reports.

Sure you can report them all once, but it won't get them banned as quick as when their group reports you, for no reason, as leads to you getting banned.

It is evident that Hi-Rez needs to fire their support staff and start over. I would actually be embarrassed to tell someone I working for Hi-Rez support..
