I just had my ac unit serviced and repaired. The technician, Jorge Gonzalez, was "cool". He arrived on time, very professional yet easy to speak with. He took care of the problem, did not service unnecessarily and left me laughing in the cool air in my house. Thank you.

$184 dollars to fix an a/c unit blowing warm air. Their "fix" didn't work. No receipt was given. When I called the office, they said receipts must be requested. So I guess Hess doesn't normally give receipts?
