I had high hopes based on the reputation, but the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The consultation felt rushed, and I didn’t get the thorough understanding of my condition that I was looking for. Communication could definitely use some improvement. I left with more questions than answers. While the atmosphere was pleasant, I didn’t feel the personalized care that I sought. 🤔✨
