I recently explored this food delivery service and was looking forward to a smooth experience. The website was easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and my order arrived lukewarm. 🥵 The communication with customer support was somewhat lacking, and I didn’t feel reassured about the situation. Overall, not quite what I hoped for in a delivery experience. 😕
