Worst service ever in over 30 years of driving.
Had a problem with the Start/Stop system on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021, brought to the dealership and they diagnosed a faulty auxiliary battery. They replaced the battery and said the problem was fixed. When driving out the screen showed a different error message "Stop/Start Not Ready". They said that the error would go away after driving some miles... I drove the car for 2 weeks and the error did not go away... Brought it back to the dealership, and after having the car for 2 days diagnosed a problem with the battery voltage sensor. They replaced the sensor and said problem fixed.... I went to pick up the car and then noticed the exact same error message after driving out! Car is under warranty, but I have wasted so much time on this problem I will never go back to this dealer again.
Clearly the technician and the service representative did not check the car before returning it. Zero quality control. Also nobody answers the phone, everybody only wants to use text messaging. Like they are all hiding.
What a waste of time. Totally frustrated with the whole situation. I thought Helfman had a serious business, looks like it is going in the wrong direction...

I wanted a blacked out Dodge Charger and could only find one at Helfman Dodge. It wasn t actually there when I went to test drive the car but I put my money down to save it and anxiously waited for it to come in. I worked with Tyrel Evans who was amazing to work with. When I m ready to get my Jeep Wrangler I will be back to work with Tyrel again!

I had an appointment to leave my car with the service department for a few days so they could figure out my battery/alternator issue.

When I showed up for my appointment:
Ryan S. said "let me take a quick look" and within 2 minutes he diagnosed and FIXED my battery issue (did I mention it was free of charge?!). I added a picture of his card below - trust me, ask for Ryan.

Could not be any happier with the service I received, and have decided to switch to this dealership for all my servicing.

George Acosta is an amazing person. He has been very helpful to me, when I first got my car in 2019 and then recently went in for a trade in. Amazing experience! Recommend him 100%

Talked to gentleman named Oscar about wanting to test drive a car. We were left waiting outside for 15+ minutes and he never returned. We went inside and saw him talking to someone else so we just left. I m not sure what happened. He definitely could have communicated better.

Convenience is all they have going for them. Service center is always busy and once the repair is done, something else goes wrong which keeps bringing you back. What a joke.

Mr. Allen Helfman himself sold me this 2021 pro master for my business over a week ago and I m so pleased with the price and the quality customer service that I received from the owner himself. I will be back to buy more soon

East dealership hands down! John & Josh over at the used car lot we re a blast to deal with. They were really professional and got the deal done. Found myself just sitting in Josh s office and talking away with him. Really nice people. Signing papers were a breeze. Josh set and talked it up with us in his office and walked us over when they were ready and met us when they were done. Easiest financing paperwork I ve ever done. In and out. John was in the back ground the whole deal and was in and out. Again, both guys were out of this world to deal with and it was blast working a deal with them. Thanks to Helfman and the good people there, me and wife both walked away with brand new vehicles and had a blast doing it. Will definitely look there again before anywhere else.
