I can t find my original review, so thought I would repost! I used to work for HATS as a temporary Patient Experience Officer, so I got to know the day crews really well. They are a lovely friendly team of drivers and I still see a lot of them as I work at Hillingdon and Mount Vernon hospitals.
I recently had a very prolonged hospital stay, and experienced HATS as a patient when I was discharged. It was the night crew, Mark and Jess and they were both fantastic. I was discharged on a stretcher as my mobility had been badly affected by my illness. They treated me with dignity and respect. Jess drove me home, while Mark stayed in the back of the ambulance with me and kept me calm and comfortable. They really are a credit to your company.

Considering what a terrible day I had in hospital. Being supported home by the HATS team was The best part. Quickly, swiftly and caring. Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. They are never on time, and today that I had an important hospital appt, they never showed up and I missed my appt. I don't understand why the NHS would pay for such a useless company!They should hire others since they obviously can't do

Had interview with HATS today,they are unprofessional people.
Before I was tall my role nad what my earnings will be ,I was giving even and idea card.
Basically they were putting the carriage before the horse.

My wife had to go to Queen Mary s hospital.
Before leaving, the driver called to advise he was on his way.
Arrived as expected.
Very polite & helpful.

The bus driver is polite and friendly and always drops off students safely.

The Southwark home school service is a total joke, ive had Southwark Council give me three official apologies for HATS failing to get my daughter to school on time, but yet nothing from HATS and every team they start off dropping my daughter off late at school time after time after time !!!
