Great benefits and the pay is good! The work-life stinks as you are forced into overtime and given 1.5 points against your attendance if you are on a 12 hour workday. One of the bosses bumped me from my job in which I had no problem doing and he said it was based not just on work performance but skill set. The guy to replace me at my job had less experience then me but based off his mechanical skill set got my first shift position.
