Horrible place to deliver on top of them being really slow they make you turn off the truck while it s 90 plus degrees outside being said that you would think that they would hurry nope super super slow will never be coming back here no matter the amount of money being paid for the load.

Delivery appointment was for Monday...arrived on Friday and was given door right away. Very nice people. Thanks!

Warehouse was awesome at getting me in early to unload, out of 3 ppl I talked to in warehouse, 2 were nice, the 3rd guy is very rude to drivers, absolutely no social skills, if you dislike ppl that bad go be a politician. other than that great place

Real clean place don't bother the old honory guy with the gray beard he is the most unhappy person you will ever meet so depressing.

Best keg place ever, damn payette brewing for leaving. I won't follow, switched to a new beer because I will never go anywhere but Hayden. Service is impeccable and extremely helpful.

Comment from big rig driver pount of view. Fast, efficient and courteous. Just do not forget to hang your driver keys on the board. Otherwise you will not be unloaded.

Downside. Huge lot but no out of hrs parking.
Upside. There is a small Flying J and larger TA very close by. TA is very tricky to get to but worth the effort. Large parking lot.

To many drivers have had to be towed or crained out of the French drains. Their deeper than they look.

There is only one entry in. If you pass it, it's a bit of a trip to go around but that's what you will have to do. There is a possible 1/8 of a mile up but it's on a blind curve and a very good way to get T Boned.

The good & the bad. I love that they carry Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat. It is becoming much more popular and easier to find at stores and restaurants.
I called to find out where they distribute Old Milwaukee beer to get for my dad (his beer for years when he was younger). I went to a couple places they told me carried it. There was a rep from them in the beer cooler at the local store. He showed me where to find it. It was non-alcohol beer. He quickly looked on his handheld computer and said that is the only one they carry. That isn't what I called and asked about, yet drove across town to 2 different stores to locate this, only to find out they only distribute non-alcohol version of Old Milwaukee. A total waste of time & miles driving between stores. I know it seems silly, but they could have told me when I called that it wasn't real beer, which is what I told them I was looking for.

Pretty ok unloading. No issues. Slide tandems, chock tires, unhook red airline. They put a lock on it and come out with paperwork when your done.

Hayden Beverage has such an amazing selection of beverages, a wonderful staff and stellar customer service!! I would recommend anyone work with them for their upcoming events.

Quick friendly service for all your beverage needs. Glassware for sale in the lobby and normally at least 6 different beer kegs on special sale pricing .

I've been coming here for years. Great knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service.

Normally I have had good experiences here, but today it was quite a bit different. I purchased a keg back in April on the 20th, the keg expired on the 22nd, two days later. I didn't notice the date until a couple of weeks later when I poured a glass and the beer tasted and smelled off. I untapped the keg and meant to take it in, but was out of state in Alaska for most of the summer so I didn't get a chance to bring it in to them till today. I had intended to just get my deposit back but the nice front desk gentleman insisted that they should take care of it since the keg was nearly full and asked the manager if he could refund the keg. The manager said yes and I thought all was well, after the manager got off the phone he asked if I would like to just exchange the keg for a new one and I said that would be fine and he grabbed me a new keg with an expiration date four months out. As I was filling out the Idaho form, he looked at my paperwork and saw that I had purchased it back in April which the front desk attendant had already been made aware of, the manager immediately said they couldn't do anything took the new keg back and said the most they could do was refund the keg deposit and said I should of checked the dates before taking the keg originally and that it was my fault. Even the front desk attendant was shocked by this and said "really that's all we are going to do?" The manager was rude and unprofessional and made me question if I will be buying anymore kegs from Hayden. I could understand the inability to refund after such a long period but the rudeness was unacceptable.

First time delivering to Hayden Beverage Co., they got us in early and were pretty efficient in getting us unloaded in a timely manner.

Check in, easy docks, put keys on bord inside door.

Make sure adrees is correct on BOL broker not update but is easy to arrive TA on exit and fly n j near to the warehouse

Best place to get beer in town. Their keg list is always up to date and their employees are awesome.

Unprofessional. The front desk guy was condescending and not helpful at all. Also kegs of 15.5 keep going up for no reason. I use to like this place but the people they hire are very rude and again unprofessional.

One of my best experiences ever buying a keg of beer. I normally go to Idaho Falls and buy from one of the Distributors there but this place was fast friendly and they take credit and debit cards. The selection of beer was amazing!

Easily my go-to for keg purchases. The crew is friendly, professional knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Great selection, and reasonable prices. Punch card for repeat customers, and periodic sale prices make this place a no-brainer.
