I am very happy with services.

Vinay is my property manager in Harbor Real Estate from 2017, I should say he is very professional and cooperative with me and I am so much happy to work with him, recently I renewed my contract, he knows and analyse customer requirements very well.

I am really impressed of the assistance given to me by Ms. Sara Bari. It was a sweet experience.

Harbor real estate is one of its kind in the property market, very competent and result oriented staff, give 100% support to their customers and always at the service of their valued clients.

Irina from Harbour Real Estate was very professional she helped me to rent my unit at Mazaya 23, and always kept us updated on each single point throughout the whole process.

Impressive. As a seller, I wanted to say that your service has been outstanding from the start to the end. Your branding and marketing is one of a kind in Dubai. I m thankful to you for your work and professionalism. The experience couldn t have been better.

Aigul has met all our property requirements in purchasing a villa in the Villa project, she has been very efficient and keen to details. We have viewed an amazing property with her, which was exactly what we were looking for and wanted to live-in.

hello everyone, we relocated from Brisbane in Dec. and I must say we were so dang happy to see that Harbor Real Estate has a branch here. They re one of the best and oldest family run firms in Australia and they have kept the same level of service here. Their CEO is so knowledgeable and down to earth and runs the firm like a family business.

Great customer service and professional team who know the market, what they are doing and provide you with what's right for you, which is unusual in today's businesses.

Thank you for your commitment to great customer service and experience! keep up the good work.

I dealt with many agents, but Usman was the best agent I ever dealt with. No matter where you want to have your next apartment, definitely do it with Usman from Harbor Real Estate!

Outstanding service from the Motor City Leasing team. I have never dealt with a more professional brokerage before. They had fixed all the maintenance issues weeks before my move-in date. Thank you, Harbor!

I was dealing with Ms Sara Bari at Harbor Real Estate. She help me to solve my issues in my apartment. God bless

My experience with Aziz was positive. I am glad to recommend him to my friends. He is on the line, with a lot of patience and understanding. I am happy with him and his agency. Very professional.

I am living in Sky courts from the last 6 years Marjorie is very prompt in responding to all our requirements in a professional manner. I am happy to deal with Harbor for having such trustworthy and professional staff like Marjorie.

Excellent and hassle free experience. Their broker was so professional and knowledgeable about the property. It was my first move in Dubai and the process was made easier with the broker. Recommended to use them.

When I decided to sell my Dubai Marina apartment, I choose Usman from Harbor Real Estates as my listing agent and he tried his best to sell the property. He was well managed and always informed me about the viewings of any prospective buyers at least 24 hours notice. If the buyer qualifies only then he used to fix the viewing appointment. So, in this way, he used to save time for everyone. Smart work by smart people. Best wishes to Harbor Real Estate.

All 3,4,5 star reviews are fake all review are from there's own people and colleagues, originally very bad maintenances on #harbor real estate building only know to collect payment and cheque this is harbor real estate
I hope you understand thank you guys

I would like to highly recommend Letteeshya. My journey was excellent from the first day of leasing my office in Control Tower till the day I got my Ejari. She has provided clear information, and excellent support.

Many thanks to Harbor Real Estate. Absolute satisfaction! Afshan Baig has been a very supportive and professional. When I was looking to buy the apartment in Dubai, she helped me in a very clear way and worked so hard to find me the best deal. Once you tell her your budget and concerns she puts a plan adequately. Great wishes to her and Harbor Real Estate.

Ghufran has attended all my calls even at the weekend and after work hours. She also paid attention to every detail so that the deal happened smoothly. The level of professionalism she has demonstrated impressed me, she helped us to buy in Chaima Avenue( JVC). I will approach Harbor Real Estate again for any real estate needs.

Very professional service and staff! Great response from the team, especially Vipin, who was available to assist all the time. I would highly recommend Harbor if you are looking for a new house in Dubai.

I dealt with Brother Muhannad, frankly, the top of morals and sophistication, and from the professional point of view a person who understands his work excellently and its delivery of information is simple and smooth, frankly a man who understands his work and is perfect.

Excellent service, quick and professional. 5 star agency with golden ranking from dubai government and a celebrity CEO. What do you expect? Will definitely refer my friends and relatives to Harbor Real Estate.

We have used the services of Harbor Real Estate for the last 8 years for our apartment in Sulafa Tower unit number 2702 Dubai Marina. We have always felt well supported at any point over this period but more so recently with the sale of our apartment showing their ability to deal with all aspects of ownership in the UAE from property management to sales.

This company is owned and run by the wolf of realestate. It is unlike any agency I dealt with before. They are fast and knowledge. Plus they are not pushy which is sooo amazing

I was dealing with Harbor Real Estate for 4 years. Best agency in Dubai

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Junaida. Every step was explained thoroughly and was straight forward to follow. I'm extremely happy with the professional and friendly approach from Junaida. I am sure she will grow faster in her career. A true asset to your company.

Sara Bari is extremely professional and has excellent customer service. I had an amazing experience dealing with her. Thank you.

My villa in Jumeirah Islands was listed with another agency for several months. After listing the unit with Harbor, it was sold in 30 days. Thank you to Mr. MOHANAD (You are truly the Wolf of real estate) and your team is amazing.

We have dealt with the forgiving of Turkish in Harbor Real Estate Company for about two years. It helped me buy my first property on the Jumeirah Golf Estate project and it was a positive experience and deserves all support and respect

I would like to thank Omar who gave me his valuable time for viewing the nice villas in Al Rashidiya last wednesday. Great Agent and agency.

I was dealing with Chloe Dharp from property management for my apartment at JVC building apartment, she is very trustable and professional.

The worst service in Dubai. No proper maintenance of any properties, I mailed about the issue but still no response.

Very Greedy and unorganized. Simply they claim Gold rated agency, stop claiming, and give proper services to customer first.

Usually I don't write reviews but really with the service.Thumbs up and very well done

The best Property Management company I ever encountered with. I was always graced with excellent service.

My experience with the entire crew in entering into contract to manage my property, the handover , every single dealings with Harbor was very fruitful. Tenant management can be difficult sometimes but their expertise has been extremely helpful taking away all my headaches. They always provide the necessary information and guidance upfront and are always quick to respond everytime I have a query. I feel my Property is in the safe hands.
The level of proffessionslism portrayed by the entire crew was very high. I always recommend them.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Harbor Real Estate and in particular to Ghufran for finding us a home we love. She is an amazing person and the agent who exceeded all our expectations, she took all our considerations and preferences so deeply that finding a house was a quick and straight forward process. I wasted almost 2 months checking many different villas with different agents but once we met Ghufran it took us around 1 week to find the perfect place. She was always very professional and knew exactly what we needed. Very grateful, thank you so much!

I was searching for a real estate company in Dubai and I came across Harbor Real Estate, I browsed their page, I was ecstatic how professional the website was created/designed, the pictures, fonts, et al. I looked for the number and tried to call them. The person who attended my call was very polite and friendly. I asked her if she can provide me details of one of their properties I am looking for. She had the basic information only and she directed me to the consultant to help me further with my inquiry. I was waiting for the call of the consultant, it took 30 minutes when I received a call back from the consultant. call back time was fine, everything was provided to me through my email and whatsapp. Kudos to people behind this company. There might be downfall from the real estate industry but they know how to divert such situations into positivism. I will definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommended. They are honest and professional.

I have bought a Studio in Al Riah towers, Al Jaddaf. The experience was amazing from the viewing, up to the signing of the contract.

Was the worst real state in UAE I ever deal with over years! They took our deposit with no reason. Our mistake was not filing a complain case in DED, stay away from them pls. Government needs to close such companies.
Zero rate

Im going to share one of the worst real estate experiences I had in Dubai.

Renting my own place im the city for the first time, I visited the offices to lock down the apartment I had viewed and loved.

Since I was new to renting and the HRE agent didn't inform me that I had to carry the money for the first cheque, I visited with all my documents. The HRE agent told me that he needed the money now to book the apartment. I told him that I didn't have the money with me now, but I can come back tomorrow with the money or transfer it directly to them.

In his words he said, there are tons of people that want this apartment, i need you to arrange the money now if you want this apartment, or else forget about it. Shocked by his arrogance but also stressed out about having to look after another apartment(bear in mind that I was younger and hence intimidated by the process), I rushed to my bank to withdraw the money.

The experience doesn't improve at all when I moved out... I've never been so stressed when moving out. Despite me spending my budget to refresh the wall paint, they refused to return my security deposit. I had to visit their offices and upon insisting that the apartment is in mint condition with no damages, they only returned a tiny percentage of the deposit back stating that you should consider yourself fortunate that you've received this much, most other tenants get close to nothing back.

The 5 star reviews are by fake profiles, that are reviewing companies across the world and aren't even based in Dubai. They've clearly hired an agency to generate 5 star reviews. I have attached an example of the fake profile that has given HRE 5 stars.

I had to put down this warning for anyone looking to deal with HRE

Rented a house in Terrace Apartments, Motor city from this company. The apartment was nice and extremely comfortable - high floor, sea-facing and large. I recommend them to anyone looking for good clean and well managed apartments

My recent experience with Harbor has been par excellence. They are committed to providing as promised, with the utmost respect for the client s time, requirements, and needs. Special mention to Letteeshya and Marina. Thank you so much for helping me get a good property for my brother.

Thank you so much Resma for being there throughout the processes and making all the decision making easier. Your outputs and bits of advice were tailor-made for me, unlike the generic suggestions I usually receive from other agents.

The top in the real estate business with fantastic customer service levels.

We had a very positive experience with Harbor Real Estate through Usman. He was always in touch and regularly checking in with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely be working with him again!

Best Real Estate! They're very hands on when i have issues with the apartment! Assisted me throughout my stay till this date at their managed property.

Irina Revo thanks you for your assistance and services. It was very comfortable dealing with you. You are officially our new family realtor

My experience with Tariq Mansour from Harbor Real Estate was great. He was very helpful and professional from start of the process to the end

Tariq deserves 10 stars - he is the best agent I've come across. Extremely diligent, and proactive, the customer needs are his priority. He is an expert at Dubailand area and worked so hard to get me the best deal. Thank you and all the best

If you are looking for a good agent then consider Afshan from Harbor Real Estate. I have visited many properties with other agents but they made promises and never delivered! Afshan listened to all my requirements and she showed the apartments that suited all my demands. Thanks to Afshan, now I am living in my dream apartment. I have already recommended her to a few of my friends.

Very much satisfied by the professionalism of the agent, he helped me to get the best deal at Skycourts. He also made sure that the move in process is as smooth as possible . Also the property managers were very helpful. Appreciate the efforts of whole team. Thanks Harbor!!.

I just rented my property for the first time and Harbor team was very helpful in guiding me on what needed to be done to get the house in the best possible condition for future tenants. Great job!

Finding my new home at Opera villa 02 with Harbor Real Estate was the easiest home move. Ms Irina Revo was organized, supportive, and passionate in her work. It made me feel confident in the process. Even after the move, the support was amazing. It was a stress-free experience.

Special thanks to Yash Raj for his professionalism. He managed to get me the best deal in rent, he also kept following up on all our needs and made sure that my move-in process was as smooth as possible. Highly recommended agent and I wish all brokers were as genuine and true to what they do as he does. Thank you again Yash and Harbour real estates for your support.

This is the best agency I ve ever been to Harbor Real Estate . I would happily recommend Ghufran Al Turkey. She helped me a lot until I found the property of my dream at Dubai Hills. Absolutely no time was wasted and everything was quick and professional.

I have dealt with the property manager Ms Noor Khaled to rent my apartment at NBO, she has always been responsive to all my queries. Great Service from Harbor Real Estate! Reliable and transparent services.

I had a great experience with a sales broker called Irene. I have dealt with other agencies before over the 7 years I spent in the UAE, and she is the only one I can honestly say offered a 5-star service. Everything was very clear and efficient from her side. I would recommend Harbor Real Estate to any of my friends, especially Irene.

I dealt with Tarek Malas in the handover department for my townhouse at Casa Familia and he did a great job.

This company is managed by the top experts in Dubai real estate. It is unlike any agency I dealt with before. They gave me the best advice and investment choices.

Most trustable Real Estate agency in Dubai. Very friendly and professional agents and they don't over-promise like most agents I dealt with before.

The receptionist was very helpful and routed my call to the right agent. There were a few delays in setting the viewing schedule, but finding the right home for my family at The Villa made it all worth it. Quite satisfied with their service. Keep it up!

Ghufran Adnan Shaker has been our agent for the last 3 years. Ever since the beginning of our tenancy, she has been extra helpful with all of our concerns. She is very easy to communicate with and very supportive. One outstanding comment that I have is when we requested something in regards to the current COVID-19 situation. In less than an hour, she was able to action our request. She works professionally with a heart.

This office is running a scam very dishonest the owner of this place should be a shame of him self they are sick people in there

I worked with Junaida. She is great in understanding my requirements, location preferences and helped me to find the best home at The villa project villa 71. She worked with patience and find the best option for me.

Really, I would like to thank your help and support for renting my apartment in Ajmal Sarah 815, it was a great and fast experience, and everything I heard about your high-end service was true. Really a company with high credibility.

Haider albayyaa, Property Manager at Harbor Real Estate, has ably demonstrated that professional managers can make property rental a headache-free experience. Hyder's response time, pro-active style of management, and depth of market knowledge all distinguish him from most property managers I have ever dealt with over many years. Thank you, Haider!

I worked with Ms Lorie Ann and helped me to rent my apartment in Muhaisnah. Very professional engagement and she secured the best deal for me. Thanks Lorie!!

One of the most professional real estate companies in Dubai, professional teams & managers and Multi cultured staff

We sold our apartment with Harbor Real Estate. Mohamed Abdel Al has been outstanding in regards to service and supporting us to finalize all the documentation to do the transfer at Tamleek offices. He is reliable and efficient and an asset to any company.

5 stars to Harbor property management! You have got properties in Dubai? Harbor will make your life easier at unbeatable costs. They always build strong relationships and find solutions to your issues.

The property agents from Harbor are always providing a great and efficient service. Mrs. Souad is one of the best and I could not have asked for a better person to contact.

Very bad maintenance service harbor no proper response from management if you complain for maintenance, all must 1 month now I complained for AC problems and kitchen drainage issue etc.. still no response and no action from management really very bad maintenance #harborrealestate in national Bond plaza

Afshan has completely changed my perception of the real estate market. thank you.

Try to avoid this company. Don t make any advance payments to them, it is possible to remain without your money.

I have rented out an Apartment at the JVC National Bond Residence through Harbor Real Estate. They are very professional, very helpful, and most of all "Very Honest" They are flexible when it comes to payment, and they assist with all the paper work. I strongly recommend Haror Real Estate to everyone.

I would recommend Ms. Soad Muhana from Harbor Real Estate she provides an excellent service - very reliable, good advice, and always very responsive to my queries, she helped me to buy Nshama Town Square at Zahra 101.

Had a great experience with the agent. She was always available to assist and advise. She also followed up on how her tenants were doing and how things were with the apartment.

Good customer service and friendly relations overall. My appointed agent was Resma and she was very supportive and a problem solver. I hope to continue doing business with them.

The head of property management Haider at European Business Center is very professional and he is one of the main reasons why we decided to rent an office at EBC.

This is the agency managed by the wolf of real estate mohannad alwadia. It was my dream to visit their offices and meet him and finally my dream came true and I met the wolf himself. What an amazing person so knowledgeable and down to earth

Tariq, I had the pleasure of working with you. I found your communication skills and attitude very professional. You always provided me with the right information at the right time.
