Handle-iT Ltd

Excellent Service. Certainly went the extra mile to help.

I have been dealing with Handle-iT Ltd for a couple of years now and have to say that their after sales are second to none.
Every time I have had a query or problem it has been rectified immediately.
Many thanks to Daniel, Liam and the team for all your help!

I have purchased numerious cheap platform trolleys from Amazon and eBay only to have them fail after a few months of moderate use. I decided it was time to spend a bit more money and get something that will last and found this company online. After a call to their Sales team I was delighted with the level of knowledge and friendly manner. My new trolley arrived last week and I must say it makes the products I have used previously look like toys; this is super piece of kit that has clearly been designed and built to last! I will be contacting you soon.

Having just survived two very bad experiences trying to buy turntable trolleys from other companies, what a delight to accidentally find Handle-it! Customer service was instant and helpful. Price was competitive. Delivery was super-speedy. And the stock they said was in stock, was in-stock! This is how all purchases should work!
Their big flashy competetors can stick their 6 week wait for delivery and lazy communication! Definitely very happy to recommend Handle-iT Ltd!

What a fantastic find... Ive been looking for 3 weeks for a solution to a problem moving a piece of equipment and the answer was only 5 mins away from me. A vast amount of knowledge and experience along with a cracking personality and interest in making sure my requirements were the best that I could achieve. I cant thank the team at Handle-It enough... Ill be back for sure...

Customer service: Excellent communications, courteous polite and as a customer was kept informed of the status of my sack truck.

Product: What a fantastic bit of solid kit! My sack truck dealt with all white goods; from the 74KG washing machine to the tall fridge freezer effortlessly. Loved the two handle design for stabilization and the wheels I had selected (puncture proof) were HUGE! Solid item, solid axis, performed like a ballerina.

My brother who came to help with the move (carpenter Joiner) tried to have my truck away! Referred him on to Handle-It.

Thanks very much.

I did have a problem as the wrong set of wheels were sent, but this was soon rectified. Excellent customer service.Very happy.

We required various bespoke trolleys for a site project, we spoke to Liam at Handle-iT who was a huge help and managed to get drawings sent over of the discussed designs, once agreed the trolleys went into production. The trolleys were made and delivered faster than expected which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Handle-it.
