Been a customer for 3 years now and everyday my hatred and disappointment grows even greater. Their WIFI service is absolutely horrendous, about as useful as a plastic Barbie computer.

Moved to different house. Bill doubled and my services changed without authorization. When I questioned they said there was also a $44 move charge but i can t see it listed on the bill. Also, it is rediculus you are required to pay for a phone line or pay a penalty. Very poor customer service!

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Get satellite or go through your cell provider if you can. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in this area and can get away with charging over twice as much as other ISP s while delivering 1/10 of the internet speed.
