Moved to different house. Bill doubled and my services changed without authorization. When I questioned they said there was also a $44 move charge but i can t see it listed on the bill. Also, it is rediculus you are required to pay for a phone line or pay a penalty. Very poor customer service!

Worst place ever. They are rude, called and told me that they were going to cancel my apt because I didn't have my $60 in the office before my apt. 1) it was to be $50 2) the person I talked to said they would pick it up the day they installed 3) "nobody in our office would say that 4 when told would look elsewhere told "that is fine". Would rather take a kick in the face with a golf shoe than talk to these ppl.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Get satellite or go through your cell provider if you can. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in this area and can get away with charging over twice as much as other ISP s while delivering 1/10 of the internet speed. On top of that they were supposed to have fiber installed in my community 3 years ago, still waiting. Took 1 year to come install a box inside the house. Another year to install a box on the outside of the house. Another year to run the fiber cable from the alley to the box outside the house. Probably come around next year to actually put the cable they ran inside the box and another year or so to actually turn it on...if we are lucky
