The personal tailoring department on the top floor is incredible! They have every fabric imaginable and offer really good advice to ensure a sharp look. The prices are good too.

The service here with Grant was exceptional, it felt like a very personal touch with the shopping experience and encouraged me to return and purchase more items from the store. Hackett I think is definitely a classic gents 'affordable luxury' store. The prices are not the most extreme you can find...
