GTel Zimbabwe

Using a gtel X7 pro its so wonderful,just like a galactic world.

I have been using an old version the x3 and surprised it works better then other big brands I just have a few questions but it's great

two of my Gtel Infinity 7 Pro cellphones were stolen almost 2 years ago and I have never had any trace of them. I had the two cellphones blacklisted but to no avail upto now despite this company claiming that they would be recovered. I am now sic and tired of their lies.

They don't answer phone calls 15min holding is too much

This is a poorly administered company that sell prototype phones to its clients, they are lucky that there is no agency in this country that approves electronic products, making zimbabwe a perfect dump site for their stuff

I wanted infinity 8s in a gtel shop but told me they were out of stock at all gtel sops

great devices, loved the service and workshop backup

I can't say Gtel is a bad company or their Service is poor, rather I'm very Happy for their Service to us their customers, just to share my testimony, My GtelA7100 X3 was stolen on the 6th of October 2018, though I lost hope, After a month, they found my Phone.l, but it was badly out of shape and some parts missing though performance was still fine, but I was disappointed when they couldn't help to repair the phone saying the parts are out of Stock but I understood, hope they will alleviate the problem.

Indeed Gtel is a Great Company and doing Good. I rate it beyond measure////
