Very nice products. Nice showroom. Their steel doors are of higher quality than other products that can be found on the Canadian market.
Lucas Lebeau
Shabby door quality. The original silicone gaskets are incorrectly installed. The door frames are twisted and filled with knots. The strikes are not pierced. Worse experience in terms of door.

I am at my 5th house and I have a car maintenance garage of 40 years old and I have never seen thermos windows which cracked by thermal break ??? Also regularly 3 in 5 years. I have seen over the years thermos which no longer seals and stains and gets dirty but which cracks and in such a short time ??????? I believe that they have a problem not resolved, I do not recommend the purchase of these thermos by thermal break

Last Saturday, we visited the Novatech showroom because we could not make our choice on one of the three models of glass doors that tempted us in the catalog (our retailer did not have all the models and all types of glass in store). Although there is no sale in the showroom, the receptionist took a long time to properly inform us about the different products and advise us based on our needs and the effect we were looking for.
Because his friendliness and patience are worthy of mention, I asked him for his first name so that I could share my appreciation on Google. So thank you, Martine, for your warm welcome and your precious advice. The Drummondville - Sainte-Julie route was worth it.
