I am at my 5th house and I have a car maintenance garage of 40 years old and I have never seen thermos windows which cracked by thermal break ??? Also regularly 3 in 5 years. I have seen over the years thermos which no longer seals and stains and gets dirty but which cracks and in such a short time ??????? I believe that they have a problem not resolved, I do not recommend the purchase of these thermos by thermal break
