I had a rather underwhelming experience with this senior living company. The facilities seemed dated and didn't quite meet my expectations for comfort and ambiance. The staff were friendly enough, but the responsiveness to requests left much to be desired. Additionally, the activities offered didn’t seem engaging or varied. I was hoping for a vibrant community atmosphere, but it felt more lackluster than lively. Overall, it didn't align with what I envisioned for a nurturing environment. 😕
