Very friendly salesman was able to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I was looking at. The salesman wasn't pushy and it was a good experience.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Chris at Kovatch. I was looking for a used vehicle and found a very nice 2008 Kia Rio at Kovatch that had a very clean car fax and some other maintenance records. I purchased the car at a very fair price. When I inquired about whether the timing belt had been changed at the proper interval Chris made the extra effort to call the previous owner to ask him which I appreciated. (And this was after I d already committed to buying the car) He and the other people I interacted with at Kovatch were very pleasant and friendly and made every effort to work with me. They went above and beyond to give me a good deal and make the whole owership process of this car seamless and smooth and even threw in some extras that they were not obligated to. I would not hesitate to give them my business again.

Just called for a replacement battery for my 2013 Ford Escape. Person in service should have been working alone on cars instead of answering phones in the service department. Crossing off Kovatch as a Ford Dealer

Kovatch Ford is the best place to buy a car hands down! Travis, the sales manager, is one of the most honest people I have ever met and was able to work with me to find a price that I can afford for a car I really wanted. Debbie, their sales consultant, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped me out through the entire purchase. The company stayed open almost an hour past closing on a Saturday and I was the only one there. I highly recommend this dealership and will be going there from now on!

Friendliest folks across the board. I dealt with multiple people there, not all of whom necessarily oversaw the sale of my vehicle but stopped to talk to me nonetheless. Not only that, but they went above and beyond when I was in a tough spot without a vehicle and sent somebody to pick me up so I could make the purchase. I live over an hour away. I don't think that's something that should be expected of them or of anyone, but it was a really nice touch on my experience. Love the car I picked up and you could tell they really made sure it was ready. I would do business with them again without a second thought. And I mean EVERYONE- the Manager, the Sales folks, the detailer, the Finance person- all incredibly friendly and helpful and personable.

Don't bring your car here they will mess it up worse then when u brought it there

Fast reliable service. Waiting area chairs weren't the most comfortable. Tv was drowned out by the sun beaming in through the large glass show room windows
