I have worked with Jim Greene in the past and recently worked with Josh Newman and both were great experiences. From my recent experience, Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable, and it was clear he was working for me, not just trying to make a sale. 5 stars!

From the second you walk in the door the people here are friendly and easy to talk to. They have a large selection of properties available if you are looking for residential or commercial property, property management, or land.

Mike rented out our property within a month of listing it. We had really good renters, who took great care of our home and ended up renting it out for 2yrs. When the renters decided to move on and out of our house, we decided it was time to sell and figured we would go through Greene again.
Betty (our real estate agent) has been great and a pleasure to work with! Once the house was up and on the market, we got a great offer on the first day it was listed and we closed on our house 9/26/16

Barb Furman is selling a house next to ours and decided to come to our front yard and clip our flowers to take into the house without asking our permission. Very rude and unprofessional. Spend $20 on flowers, don t steal someone else s.

I worked with Jeannine Roe, who sold us three homes (rental properties). We had only three months to complete the transactions. Everything went very smoothly and our experience was excellent. Jeannine was thorough, ethical and professional. She went to great ends to meet our needs and, if she felt a house had problems, would advise us to keep looking. After the closing of the second house, she even paid for a house cleaner out of her own pocket! We loved working with Jeannine.

Keenan was awesome. Always ready to help us and give us advice. It was our first home and he was incredibly easy to work with. We tried out a couple different realtors but Keenan was the only one we felt comfortable with. He took the time to do the research to find us a house we felt good about when others felt like they were pushing us to make an offer to get a commission. If we ever do decide to move, we will definitely have Keenan as our agent again.

Quick and painless sale of our house. We made more than expected and the team took care of absolutely everything since we were out of state. Even as far as winterizing and checking on the house after storms, and also throwing away garbage left behind by the tenants. We also used their property management for 3 years and it was a pleasure. The transition from rental to sale was effortless on our part. I was kept informed through every step of the sale, everything could be done remotely, and the agent worked tirelessly to make sure we got the most for our property. After dealing with agents who made me feel like they didn't have time for me, it was nice to deal with a company where I felt like I was their only client.

We were very pleased with the Friendly, professional attitudes of our agent Keenan French at Greene Realty Group. Always responsive to all our calls, even at night. We never felt like we were hanging out in thin air not knowing what to expect next. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns with facts and a friendly, knowledgeable attitude. We felt confident in his abilities and at no point did we feel sorry for our choice in using him to sell our property. Truly a professional and eager to sell agent that worked on our behalf.

Kevin Lynch, don't ask him to buy a house for you, because he won't. When he says it will close within 30 days, don't pack up everything you own to move into your dream home. He will never close the deal. He will stop responding to calls and emails. You will live in a pile of boxes for a year if you expect Kevin to help you. Shame on you Kevin Lynch.
