Made a bill of 2900 and while going to collect the dress asked 3850. And sayn you have to pay.

No idea about designing clothing. I was under the impression that they are a boutique and know to design clothing. Very unprofessional attitude to customer. Not bothered to correct the problem with stitching.

Wanted a dress gown stitched for my wife. Initially was quoted a price . Since there were no satisfactory material we got material from a shop at Ernakulam city. When we returned to the so called Boutique to give them the materials for stitching we were given another quote in price(50% increase).With our hopes high we handed over the materials for stitching. We recieved the gown on the next day of the date mentioned on the job card. To our dismay the gown was no way similar to the design we discussed. When we mentioned this matter to them they started defending and justifying their work. After multiple visits to the trial room a small situation was corrected. Had to wait two hours for this correction.Our 4 year old fell asleep on their bench in the mean time. Got really tired and went home at almost closing time. Reassessed the dress at home . Dress gown was really loose . So we decided to pay them another visit the next day and shape the dress...My wife Brought another dress gown ( stitched at a mundane tailor) for giving them an idea of what we wanted. They were not polite to her since she brought a dress for comparison. My wife politely made them realise that she was totally unsatisfied with their work. Their behaviour changed a bit, Anyway they finally agreed to give the dress gown a few running stitches on the sides to give it some shape.

Finally we understood that they can't be relied upon to stitch any dress gown to our liking. Learnt a bitter lesson. Don' t have any high expectations about the design you have in mind. About whether they can do a fine job with the designs they show you of their tablet pc we are not sure and we are not willing to try out.
