The worst solicitors I have ever encountered. Illiterate and inefficient. Also unable or unwilling to answer straightforward questions. Don't even expect common courtesy from this appalling outfit. One star is one too many!

I pity anyone who is unfortunate enough to have to deal with this company.
They will just sit on your case forever.
They even said to me they would only admit liability depending on how much I was claiming!! Really!!
