wow - great experience here!

first, make sure you have an appointment - they only let patients with appointments in. they are very responsible with their COVID-19 measures and precautions, they even give out extra masks to put over your own mask to make sure you have multiple layers of protection. any glasses that you touch are put in a separate box to be sanitized.

overall experience was wonderful! the staff was very friendly and helpful. not hovering for too long and giving us the privacy we need to try on styles, but helpful in showing us other styles that may not be on display and answering any questions that we had. the shop is very bright and clean, and they have amazing selection from ray ban to cartier and chanel. very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have been coming to Golden Vision for the past couple years. Even through the troubling pandemic they always seemed to find a way to help our needs. Sharon is the nicest eyewear consultant there is! I would 100% call and ask for her to help you. She always returns our calls if we need help from home, and she has gone out of her way to find a particular model to get for my wife. Enjoy!

I had a bad experience here and I would not recommend people to come here for their glasses. They charged much higher than other stores. And their service is terrible. I have VSP insurance which covers the $155 frame fee but told only could choose from two small boxes full of dust. She told me only these two boxes are less and equal to $155. Then for the lens, they sell kinds of features and charge me kinds of fees. I don't want to add these features, but they reject and say the glass won't work without these extra features. Actually, my insurance could cover all for good lenses. As the result, I have to pay these extra fees.

Then I got a pair of glasses two weeks later, but suddenly the lens drop off and the frame was broken after two weeks. I want to replace it with a different frame and would like to pay the difference since the quality of the frame is not good. But was told that I have to choose the same size and same model as the broken one. I would like to ask the store manager. But the employee told me that the manager is not working that day and I cannot find her. Then I asked her the name of the manager and found the name card at the front desk of the store. I tried to call the number of the manager but found the manager is in the store who is standing very close to us in the store.

I will never go to this store and not recommend people to go there.

Kathy Ip was very patient and helpful. She spent time helping us find the best fit frames and lens. She was knowledgeable and professional. Polly is also a very reliable and a patient advisor at the office. We have known her for many years, and appreciate her consistent and considerate customer service.

I usually don t write reviews at all unless I get blown away by customer service and if I truly mean it from my heart. Amazing experience. It was our first time there and I ll definitely go back. Staffs are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Also very professional. Doctor is very friendly and she definitely knows what to recommend. The guy that was helping me to pick a pair of glasses was amazing. He was very honest with his Opinion and I was happy to get glasses after wearing contacts for 20 years. Definitely recommend this vision place. For me it s the best vision center I have been to in California.
