I got my motorcycle from here the guys are just great! They are very willingly to work with you to get you with your two wheels. I ended up changing my mind about color of my motorcycle and they where very cool about it. They where very professional, offered water multiple times in this heat it was much appreciated. I love my motorcycle and it had been very well maintained. I would definitely keep to do business with them. Hands down.

Had an amazing experience looking at bikes yesterday. Brad and Natalie were sincerely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure at all and answered all my silly questions. Would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market or even just looking and researching. Internet only gives you so much. And they all look better in person.

Had a really good time shopping around their beautiful multi brand dealer, Natalie on their sales team was on top of it and helped me trade in my old Harley for a new Kawi. I appreciate all the help from the teams working there and the experience was one id definitely be apart of again.

Can t say enough good things about this experience, had my CBR serviced there before and they are always top notch. Purchased an S1000RR yesterday and again the same great experience, their service is second to none. From start finish Brad went above and beyond giving great communication throughout the process no surprises making it one of the easiest purchases I ve ever made. He called me months in advance always keeping me in the loop never had to call once to follow up. Also a huge shout out to Daniel Foss the business manger!!!!!!!! Amazing shop with every brand you can image. I drove down from Colorado just to get my Bobber from GO AZ. Chris Umfrid was fantastic and did everything he could to make my purchase go smoothly. After a crazy overnight drive through a Colorado snowstorm I was pleased with how they helped me. I will definitely be calling down for my next motorcycle purchase.

This marks my second motorcycle I have purchased through GOAZ Scottsdale and believe me when I say, they keep treating me well. Don, Gunny, and Aaron have been there for me each time and work to ensure I leave satisfied. Need a warranty replacement part? No problem. Entertaining a few different bike options? They work to make sure you get on the one that is right for you. If they don't have the model in, they will work to ensure you know when it is available and allow you to solidify your decision with a test ride. Thanks guys for everything. I pick up parts for work here time to time. Clean, professional, fast but courteous.

I came in excited because this was a brand new experience for me. I had an encounter with 2 salespeople. Both were polite and nice when trying to buy a motorcycle from GO AZ. I said I was going to think about my decision more and left. I ended up going with a motorcycle from another place because I got a better deal. I still wanted to buy a helmet, jacket, etc from GO AZ. When i came in the day after everyone was very nice until they found out I had bought the moto from another store. They approached me and as soon as I told them I went with another store the salesperson walked away as I was mid sentence. The salesmen and the person who helped pick out my wear that were initially kind and helpful became callous and apathetic even though I was still purchasing from them.

Had an okay experience. I was never updated on what s going on with my financial situation. I always had to be the one to call or message first. Very annoying especially when told I ll be updated. Nice location and building however.

My wife and I had a very good experience at Go AZ Motorcycles. We worked with Natalie, Don and Erin; they were helpful, professional and we never felt pressured. Natalie was very attentive and friendly; paperwork can take a while, but she was there to keep us company and made sure we were taken care of. They answered all our questions and also made sure I was purchasing the bike that I wanted. The facility was very nice and other staff personnel also made you feel welcomed. I recommend these folks, if you are in the market for a new motorcycle.

Confused me with two different people in one single encounter and declined to explain what the ~$400 "prep fee" covers not to mention the $500 doc fee. No thanks, not a fan of places that hide profit in bs fees.

I'm not a big review guy but I have to share my experience working with Natalie at GO AZ in Scottsdale. First of all she was super responsive on communication and text was a very friendly way to communicate. As new rider she provided a wealth of knowledge and information that was very helpful in me making my buying decision. I highly recommend GO AZ and Natalie for all your motorsports needs!

Was passing thru Scottsdale and discovered a nail in my rear tire. Chuck was great about getting me quickly scheduled for service and as a BMW dealer, they had the OEM tire size in-stock. And even better? They washed the moto which carried over 1,300miles of off-road muck on it. I'll be back for my future parts and service needs.

Love my new RE Himalayan. Tony was very helpful, professional, made it so easy. Would buy through Go AZ again.

Went into GO AZ and was lucky enough to run into Natalie who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a 5'2 older woman and a new rider...not the easiest client. I've been ready to move up to my next bike, but usually walk out of the shops feeling disappointed and pretty limited due to my small stature and skill level. She took the time to understand who I am as a rider, showed me a couple confidence boosting tricks for handling the weight of a bike, and helped me find several viable options. She could even chat knowledgably with my husband, a veteran rider of many years. If you're in the market for a new bike, go see Natalie!

Theives pretending to be a motorcycle dealership. $2500 in dealer expenses on a $4000 motorcycle. Stay away from this place unless you just want to be robbed.

Best BMW mechanic in Scottsdale, keeps my '09 R1200RT purring like a kitten.

Apparently only one salesman on site. No one acknowledges that you are there.

Jason at Go AZ Service was the greatest most trusting person I ve ever felt with. I dropped my triumph off for a number of issues and he got everything fixed. Explained the cost in detail and really made me feel comfortable with the decisions I was making. I never felt taken advantage of or sold to. He went above and beyond to answer my emails and give me updates every step of the way. I couldn t have asked for better service. Thank you guys

Had an excellent checkup on my bike, shop identified excessive cupping caused by heavy parking this year. All set with a new tire and battery tender. Shop gave great advice on maintenance and accessories to make bike durable and reliable. I was willing to spend more, but the shop advisor suggested I see how things are now before I consider spending more. Great advice and concern for my happiness with my bike.

These guys had my front tire which was pretty hard to find. They squeezed me in their service dept on a Sunday afternoon so I can ride my cruiser during the week. Would definitely return!
