GM Patrimoine

Edouard managed the sale of our parents' house perfectly, he immediately inspires confidence, he accompanied us from start to finish:

Mr. Lopez accompanied me from the signature to the delivery of the apartment. He was responsive and available to best answer the questions I asked him.

Thanks to GM Heritage.
We were received by Guillaume, founder of the company, passionate about real estate, who sought to understand our project and our need.
Following our appointment, Guillaume returned to us a few weeks later with 2 programs, which corresponded perfectly to our project.
We appreciated his welcome and listening and quality of advice.
Very good follow up until the notary signature but also until the delivery of the good.
I recommend GM Heritage for their expertise ...

Mr. Lopez accompanied us very well in our purchasing process, responsive and attentive. I recommend.

The apartment for which I applied was a real crush, it perfectly meets my expectations and above all, it is adapted to my handicap.

Despite my file which was validated by the agency, I did not get the apartment.

Thank you

We are my partner and I very happy with the experience with GM Patrimoine. We found a property that perfectly meets our expectations for our first purchase. We were advised by Mr Lopez, who was able to guide us with all the necessary explanations! he was very responsive, available, and really super friendly. Thank you again

Very bad experience, if your profile does not interest them you can wait a long time ...

Yes, lack of professionalism of one of your employees

Very good experience. Available, responsive, flexible. Good advice for the development of a VEFA. I recommend.

A very competent and professional advisor who allowed us to realize our project of purchase of principal residence. Very attentive and always available to help us and advise us. I highly recommend GM Patrimoine.

Professional and very serious agency, responsiveness and availability I recommend.

GM Heritage has been very effective! Very professional advice, goods offered on their release on the market, management of the relationship with the developer - all this allowed us to make our purchase a reality. I can only recommend this company

Very satisfied with my experience with the GM Patrimoine agency and more particularly Mr. Willm, who was very professional, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

I took advantage of the Pinel law to invest in new property in Paris and make big savings on my taxes. Thank you to the professional team of GM Heritage who guided me in my projects and the management of my heritage.

Mr. Lopez was awesome from signing to delivery of the apartment.
I recommend it without hesitation

I highly recommend GM Patrimoine for the relevance of its advice in terms of investments and professionalism.

Excellent professional. Hyper reactive, pedagogue and available. 3 valuable qualities, especially when it comes to the first purchase.
We recommend and will not hesitate to repeat the experience.

Excellent advice, good listening and strength of proposal. Very pleasant to work with him.
