My poor 86 year old mother who lives on her own in one of your retirement flats has been without hot water for 3 days now despite us reporting it to you. We've now been told it will be tomorrow morning before he arrives.... 4 days later. Disgraceful.
Very helpful when we were asking about various options.
I rent a studio flat and I absolutely love it. The flat is the right size for one person plus I have my independence and help is just a tug of the red cord away, if I need it. Girlings are good with repairs and on the few times I've needed someone, they come the next day. The rent is reasonable, and I can highly recommend them.
I have had serious issues with Girlings recently regarding delays in repairs.
I have asked three times for details of their Complaints Procedure, to no avail.
Is this a State Secret, or are they just trying to keep the figures looking good?
