I utilized Genexworx Lab at CVS. I received a text message from them regarding my child s COVID results. The web portal that they are using doesn t work. For something so critical I can t believe that they would not have a better system in place. I also utilized the customer support number that states they are available 24 hours a day. Guess what, it went straight to voicemail. This is totally unacceptable.
The test kits are easy to use, and results turned around quickly. More importantly, the sales staff have been incredibly supportive and responsive.
I have been waiting to hear back from someone for nearly 2 months now. My insurance is saying I may have to pay $100 and I have reach out via phone twice and have not heard back to see why. The bulling department literally has no one available (their own employee told me this) because you can t get anyone on the phone. Horrible lab, the poor workers out in my email and do what they can t best of their ability but no one ever reaches back out to me. Wish I could give 0 stars. If you go to CVS and ask if they re using this lab so you can avoid it.
Genetworx always provides us with excellent customer service and always goes above and beyond to meet our needs. We consistently get our lab results in a very timely manner as well.
We have had zero issues with GENETWORx processing our lab requests. Jenna is always available to answer any questions we may have and has set up several Zoom meetings with us to go over the whole process. Thanks for taking such good care of our staff and residents!

Our home health agency uses GenetwoRx for COVID 19 testing and they are very efficient on lab result turn-around! Anytime I have had to call with questions or needing assistance, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Cathryn Ogden- she is always right there when I have needed her, she has set up pick up times for me, send prepaid labels and boxes immediately, when needed! The provider portal is also very easy to navigate. I can't say too many good things about this company!
I was screened for COVID-19 in July 2020 at a county run facility who used GENETWORx for their testing. GENETWORx then filed a claim with my insurance in September 2021, over a year later, and well outside the 180 day window most insurers require. I'm now stuck fighting a charge for a "free" test because of GENETWORx incompetence or malicious business practices.
One Fine day I receive a Bill from Genetworx, We have never seeked or Authorized to receive services from this company. Supposedly its a Corvid 19 test that we revived from CDR Health ( A Government contracted Free Covid testing company) . First CDR did not have my Authorization to release my private Info to third party, secondly it was a free test paid for by the government, why is this Company Genetworx Billing for it. Its a Scam and the person I spoke with "Tylor" with Genetworx hung up on us. when we asked how they got our personal and medical information is it not a HIPPA violation. this a Scam By both CDR Health & Genetworx.
