If you want to buy shoes its OK. If you want to work here its lay back sometimes fast paced.the training here is completely unorganized and not very professional. And management not serious people at all.my experience let me down i was terminated with out reason . There is a point system that applies if your late, things of that nature.4 points your terminated. I was just fired from one day to another. Without me having any points taken away from me. So very sketchy comp. they hire new people every week or so. Stable work is not this companies motto

Probably one of the most stressful places that I have worked for. First class customer service shouldn't be giving the customer what he wants because he complains. It should be resolving legitimate issues with orders. So, if you buy a hat, shoes, or some clothing and just want to complain to get something out of it, give 'em call. Im sure the nice reps that are poorly trained will pass you to a supervisor that's also poorly trained so they can give you something to pacify you.

The company is so unprofessional. I worked for Journeys customer service. I was apart of the converse team worst decision in my life. Everyone in the call center is either dating, family member, or close friends. So when your are complaining about someone with a supervisor role nothing is done. They say they offer "World Class Customer Service" lol in what world...... Supervisors and managers do not do their job they half ass everything they do. I can go on and on about the unprofessional things i witness but say all this to say i wouldn't recommand a dog to work for this company. Very NASTY CALL CENTER!!
