This stay is not our first stay in a 5 star hotel and based on our own experiences so what could have been a 5 star stay clearly has been missed .

It's okay 5 star hotel with nice historic building and personnel with good attitude. However the experience was not as polished as would have hoped and experienced in the best 5 star hotels. Some stuff was clumsy, some cigar smoke sneaked to the room, sauna was not hot and spa seemed like derelicted...

The hotel is amazing with its architecture inside and location to the center. The rooms are really specious with a fireplace. Every detail in this hotel is unique and well preserved. Breakfast could have been better for this class of hotels
