I loved my frozen yogurt experience at this place. Other customers recommended the caramel coconut cookie craze. I had a plethora of toppings to chose from. It was heavenly.

Pretty good! Could use more allergen - free options but I really appreciate their allergen labeling system. Usually they have 2 dairy free options that can be swirled together but yesterday they only had one. Kind of assumed they d keep the machine totally dairy-free at all times so that was weird

Maybe you have a good product but your customer service is not even something that you can call service. Daniel is a horrible employee who does not represent anything that makes your experience nothing but horrible one. We will not come back here again.

I have ice cream on munchies but you have problems with your employee. Now with costumers in the store there s no one here. And before when I bought, the cashier was so distressed and was with an whatever face. Was not good at all.

It's in a nice central location. However, it says there is customer parking on the Google listing. The parking available is very minimal so plan on driving around a bit for find a spot.
I honestly don t know how the customer service or offerings were because every time we have tried to come here they have closed early 3 different times. They do not have good flavors, there is no variety of yogurt flavors and they do not allow using the toilets in times of coronavirus, which requires even more continuous cleaning.
This was my best Menchie's experience the manager was super nice and helpful
