Fresh point sucks your appointmentmeans nothing had a 10.00 am appt arrived at 7.15 am checked in at 7.20am here i sit at 12.20pm and the only thing they could tell me its gonna be awhile before i see a dock and i only have eleven pallets they fn suck i hate comming here avoid this place like plague

appoint 10am showed up 930 got a door, took hr and half to unload 2 pallets, then was told to go park in the street and wait for my bills after i already paid lumper, street parking is always packed, and still waiting for bills and receipt because they went on lunch.... should have taken 45 mins goi...

Got here unload me within 2 hours but have paid lumpers .. only 10 pallets 2 hours later still haven t counted the number of case ... this is probably why no one working it s only 9:05 it s not break time yet.. I was told the they fired the receiving manager.. smh

It's awful avenged every week and the lack of professionalism that exists to receive three parles takes 4 hours or so. I don't want to imagine a full trailer. The way they play with the trucks' time is unacceptable knowing that they are are subject to an ebook that works by time

Is there any way we can get cooperate number this company has a human resource who does not help employees what so ever , freshpoint has an open door policy and instead close the door on employees. They are never fail theres so much favoritism its ridiculous

Drivers don t park on the side of the road where it says no parking, cops will give you a ticket, gave me a warning but it s a big issue for them because of cry babies complaining about us parking there, not even to go check in just park where there s no sign of no parking and you should be good.

Apparently they can't be bothered to hire legitimate, professional, SAFE delivery drivers! These violent lunatics SPEED through red lights, stop signs, and intersections, as well as drive in the dark with no lights on!

I've almost been hit many times by these lunatics driving in Plano!

They get 5 stars for shipping....Got there at 1700...

They get 5 stars for shipping....Got there at 1700 for a 1800 pickup the only person that held me up was myself because I didn t have my reefer precooled...once my trailer cooled, they loaded me and got me out within 30 mins and I had a full load I have zero complaints about this place...wonderful...
